I just finished submitting this, my second quest, so I created this thread. I hope it's uploaded to the QDB soon, and I will try to periodically check this thread to check if anybody needs help (just please try to keep it as spoiler-free as possible). Oh, and two more things: if you find the Golden Ring on it, let me know and I'd also appreciate feedback on my custom-boss skills *hint* . that is all.

You can't be in level 5, this quest is not released in the QDB yet..lol
maybe you're talking about the original version, in that case, there is a room in which you kill all the enemies and a dust pile appears; try touching the statues in the room, maybe that's the key you're missing

No worries. Right now I have only two versions of ZC on my machine. 2.10 for, well, 2.10 quests, and 183 for 1.92 and 1.90 quests. Haven't jumped into the beta pool as of yet.

good thing you use v2.10 for this, the rest of those betas e.j. v2.5 etc, are untestable and buggy!

and vravelo, yes I already submitted this quest, so hopefully it's added soon...as for the beta builds, yes, I didn't want to risk not knowing how to use them, where to find them, and most importantly, worrying about bugs since they're not official yet
even for my final quest, which I really hope to start soon , I will use 2.10, unless the official 2.5 is released; I don't want any issues/problems

What items should we find in Level 2? The only major item I found is the boomerang.

Can't remember where that white sword his hidden.
I know there's a clue in some cave, but since the areas are not labeled it's a bit pointless.

EDIT: I had already found the clue, but it was of no help. So I decided to just suck it up and see how far I could go with just the wooden sword.


Apparently quite far!
I cleared level 5 and now have enough hearts to go after the magic sword!

Got the magic sword! Ahh, I don't need no stinkin white sword!

Cleared Level 6
Cleared Level 7 (but there were many rooms unexplored....)
Ran out of keys in Level 8. (probably have to backtrack)

Got to the big grave, but can't figure out what item I need to open it. I probably don't have it yet.

What did I say about hiding clues behind locked doors? Useless!

@Nashvillan: in the ReadMe file I included descriptions about the major areas in the game, so that should help; also, do look for a clue for it...

I'm stuck trying to find the white sword. I got the hint from level 3 but can't figure out where that sword is. So far I've gotten bow and arrow, ladder, boomerang and the letter for potions. I've managed to buy the shield, magic and the blue ring so I'm pretty well protected from enemies. I'm having fun even though I'm stuck but I really could use that sword.
