The water tablet is missable, yes. The even where Oslev kidnaps her is actually a point of no return as far as the endings are concerned. If you haven't done a certain sidequest, it becomes inaccessible, and the water tablet can only be obtained prior to the event.

WHAT!? So, that means I can't get 100% anymore? That sucks.

The idea was that you get to save the characters that you do their sidequests for. If enough people really hate it, I suppose I can add a backup way to get the water tablet in an update or something.

 

EDIT: Just submitted it as a silent update. It's now sold in the shop where you bought the first tablet if you 'miss' it, but it's pretty expensive.

Are the chilled caves the same as the ice caves? I am trying to kill the big boss in the chilled caves but nothing I have seems to touch him. (I do not have the hookshot)

I'm stuck in Miasma Keep. Can't find the hookshot. And I can't get past this screen to get back out.

Is this a glitch or am I screwed? Thanks in advance.

You're not stuck. Look for another way out! Getting the bombs is only half of your objective, escaping is the other half.

You need to continue going through Miasma Keep. No, the hookshot is not required, you just need to go around the long way.
