Is Frodo's Hide the 3rd level and where's the 4th level but if it's not where is the 3rd level and how do u get there? And tnx for the great quest. wOOt!

Frodo's Hide is a minilevel. It's just a test for the 2nd level sword, basically. The actual third level is on Death Mountain, which is a little bit to the west and up some stairs from the swamp's entrance. You'll know it when you get there. (You have to have gotten the White sword to go through)

Hey everyone it's a lost Jerome again. I got stuck in the Thieves Hideout. I got to the point where Shoelace said you need the Fire arrow, but I can't seem to find it. Do I buy it at a shop or find it? If either one, where? I tried to "win it" at the Arrow game but I just won something else. Also tried the boomerang game but that wans't it either.

You misunderstood!!!
Shoelace didn't say that you need a "fire arrow" as an executable item, it was only a word game or such... you need a simple arrow fired towards the cobweb through the torch... so the torch makes the arrow fiery, the cobweb burns and the path is clear...
For short: Fire the cobweb through the candle!

Well don't I feel like a horses patoot.
(that's me on the right again). I was looking all over for a Fire arrow. I keep finding the difficult stuff but the blatantly easy stuff eludes me.

I got to the room when fighting hothead (boss of 3rd level)were there is a crystal you can hit and another one that you have to use a projectile to hit but if I hit them they do squat. I'm I oblivious of is there a secret?

Okay, I am not sure which part you are at.
First you will push the blocks to hit the crystals with the sword, after that you will be able to hit him with the sword. Then it will go to the path of lava. I will explain the crystal things. The first one is the sword that you hit the crystals with then the boomerang to the 4 crystal room. In the room to the right it will be the candle to open the path, then the arrow to the wall. Then the last crystals are by the sword. In the last room you have to shoot an arrow into his face when he opens his eyes. Hope that helps.

Have gotten to the ending yet? I think you would find out if I was making a part two or not. Anyways, yes the next game is going to be "The Eye of the Moon". It is a prequel to HoD, to explain a lot of my series storyline. I will have more information and screenshots in the future. It won't disappoint though.

... Pfft. If the three Goddesses of Hyrule were Goddesses, and they more or less created the world, ... ... and Shoelace is creating worlds of intrigue, I'm sure it wouldn't be any less of an honor to be called something akin to those who created the world you're playing in.
