Do I need the Blood Letter to find the place to superbomb ( I have the superbomb, struggling to find where to use it)

Use the Superbomb in southwest part of winterfall (Big rock) ,Blood letter part is after that.

Judasrising - I just don't see a big rock; perhaps I haven't opened the area where it is.....I've done everything else up to this point....7 hearts, bow, magic boomer, staff of time  thing, 9 bombs, superbomb, wand and book.....but I don't see this rock....is there more than one entrance to Winterfall????

 

South of where you come in to Winterpass, there is a screen with boxes that I can't get through; below that is a screen with a heart piece and what looks like a strong candidate for a boulder to be superbombed but a small fence is blocking the way;  just don't see it

I don't know if I did the intended solution, but I super bombed the aquamentus at the start and it opened that door.

That cracked rock you found on the other side of the fence is the one you need to super bomb. If the fence is there, you need to finish a story trigger to get it to go away.

 

 

I'm in Soltis and have acquired the big key after an epic mashing fest (the poor boss guy didn't stand a chance). I went back to the big chest and acquired what is probably the best item ever received from a big chest. I then used it on a block in the mirror room (I almost wanted a hint coin for that room.) that I thought would advance me to greater riches, but it only takes me back to the start. I'm at a complete loss as to what I need to do. The only room I haven't done anything in is the one with two giant skulls below the color maze. The clues there make no sense to me. Nothing looks like it's changed in the dungeon since I hit that block either.

 

edit: nvm, I found what I was missing. At least for now.

 

Also, where's the magic pot? Assuming the guy I talked to isn't totally crazy.

That chest is never accessible. You have an older version of the quest; you need to download the newest one.

First, as a general note, I found out a recent change I made to the Lucky Trinkets messed up something in their pick-up strings. It doesn't prevent you from getting anything but you walk away with a free 100 Rupees sometimes inadvertently. The 100 Rupees was meant to be a backup prize for anyone who already had both items and happened to stumble upon an extra. This should (hopefully) be fixed in a future update and if not I may just remove the extra prize. Until then, I guess you can enjoy some extra money and a potentially incorrect string if you're truly lucky.

 

 

 

Chief: If the fence is still there, you haven't beaten Sanskrit Temple yet. You should run back and fight the boss. Then the fence will be open after some story events.

Super Bombing the Aquamentus is the intended solution. The block in the Goriya room is a red herring.

The guy isn't insane, surprisingly. The magic pot is extremely close to the start of the game at Myso Mountains. If you have the ??? item in your inventory you will be able to open it. If you're missing the ??? item, you need to obtain the Cane of Byrna and Cane of Broken - I mean Cane of Somaria and take them somewhere in Soltis.

 

 

 

Arieltap: Yeah, as Bagel said, you just need an update. I decided to remove that chest since it was misleading too many people. I wouldn't forget about that particular location if you want to try for a bonus later on, though.

If you picked up a corresponding Good Karma item, that house is empty. A future update will make the house a little more obvious. An NPC already mentions it but she's a bit far from the house, so it's easy to miss.
