If you've got a guide of every heart container piece, can't you just go where every one of them is until you find the one you didn't collect?

I beat this game on Hero Mode, and it was no piece of cake. If I have to suggest what the hardest things in this quest from 5 to 1 (1 being the hardest):
5 - Lumen: You gotta fight her twice... The 2nd time is hell! Fuck this bitch! Moving on!
4 - Venser: It's very difficult to decide who's harder between Venser and Lumen. I'd have to go with Venser here. He's actually not very hard once you figure him out, it's just figuring him out that's the hard part. Truly though, he's manageable if you can get through all the grueling tasks it takes to get to him (meaning this whole frigin game.. lol). I couldn't possibly see somebody reach Venser and just not beat him! There's already enough investment thrown in to even think about giving up at this point. Anybody can beat Venser if they have the skills to reach him, but that isn't to say that he's still not a challenging fuck.
3 - Blighted Abyss: This place is so mean. Evan said he got the idea for making this dungeon from his experience at working at a call center and wanted to emulate that experience in a game. I know how he feels since I worked at two call centers. I can still never forget the call I got from the man who told me that the man in the yellow hat told him I was a lying piece of shit and that he was going to send his people after me. Anyways, the very moment you enter the place, you'll get torn apart in the very first room. I seriously had to Nayru's Love skip past half of this place using F1 to regenerate my magic from time to time. This place is that hard. I couldn't even say I beat this place in the way that you're supposed to do so, I practically cheated. It deserves a high spot on this list. I dare you to try and beat this place without Nayru's Love on hard. It can be done, but I won't do it. lol
2 - Stan: He's got the legacy afterall. He's just a very long tough battle, but the battle gets much easier when you get the 3rd battle down path, that's when you actually do reach the 3rd battle to even get practice in. The first two battles are
Honorable Mentions: Level 8 and Level 12 are notably difficult levels. I would add Level 10 as well, but Level 10 isn't that hard, it's just an annoying pain in the ass in my opinion. Oh ya, I almost forgot ???! He's a special boss that appears in the Hall of Memories after you complete it, but you'll need 30 hearts to fight him. He's one of the toughest bosses in the game, but I feel he's easier than all the things I've listed.
1 - Boss Rush: I actually found this slightly worse than Stan, but only slightly. This challenge is as intimidating as fuck. Seriously, every boss in the game, all powered up to match your current powers and abilities in this one long torturous gauntlet of death? Are you fucking serious?! I was terrified to try this on hard mode, and even after beating it, this place still puts chills down my spine.

I did that three times. The guide i have only lists 57 of 60 heart pieces.
"48. Remember that insanely long path you had to take to create a shortcut to Level 10? Backtrack along that until you reach a propeller you can hit with the Gale Boomerang. (It's inside the cave connected to the northeastern staircase.) Do that and go north. This is a Magic Container - guide revision pending identification of final Piece."
This one. where is it?

I think there are two HPCs I can think of that the guide from Zelda Dungeon is missing.
There's one in the desert where you blow up a patch of dirt.
Another one south of the town beside that same desert where you also blow up a patch of dirt.

If you're absolutely sure that that first one is a Piece and not something else, it's the one my guide is missing. (It's two screens west of the oasis, IIRC - I thought it was a Magic Container.) Can I get some confirmation?
(BTW, the third one they're missing is the one just north of where you get the blue tunic, where you have to hammer a mushroom.)

"There's one in the desert where you blow up a patch of dirt."
Thank you! It was this one. You have to blow a patch of dirt in the desert, go down the stairs, and turn on the fans with the gale boomerang.

Yeah. From the desert entrance go north, then east and north again. the patch of dirt is around the lower right of that screen.
By the way, how do i get to the new bonus boss in the Hall of Memories?

Why don't you contact Evan amd see if he can help you with your guide? I'm pretty sure he can help you out I suppose.

You need to beat Hall of of Memories, then I believe if you have 30 hearts, you can enter the once sealed door in the left room with the pots.

I remembered how to get there - I'd asked whether that particular secret was a Piece back when I was drawing that up, but no one answered me. :/
To get to that boss, go back to the room where you fought

I'd already been working with him to put it together, lol - he gave me all the locations in terms of raw map data, and I wrote up the guide by deciphering that according to my own memory. He said he'd check it in detail eventually, but he never did, it seems.
It's done now, in any case (barring possible unclear directions).

You shouldn't have to. That's very bizarre. Are you playing the most recent version of the quest? If you downloaded it a while ago, you might need to update since Evan added the boss in after release.

Really? My top 5 was completely different: Blighted Abyss < Hall of Memories < Prismatic Gate Venser = ??? < Stan. Lumen didn't even give me as much trouble as Medusa or Meta Arrghus. (Then again, I suck with the Hookshot...)
