Yah, I managed to make it to the 8th dungeon.  Not much work getting there, some ocarina there, some swim warps, and bam.  Is there a 4th sword I can get?  I'm just wondering.  And the fire boomerang?  I know I have the long bow.

The 8th dungeons items ARE the Fire Boomerang and 4th level sword. XD

Farore's Wind doesn't exist in HoD. Sorta leaves a blank spot, doesn't it?

Hi Shoelace. Unfortunately, you overestimated me...I'm STILL in the 8th dungeon . I've got the first two keys and used them to open up that "double" lock. From the start of the level:

N DOOR: defeated the Commander (have the Big Key), path blocked in the next screen by a yellow something...

NW DOOR: went past the floor spike puzzles, searched pretty thoroughly...

NE DOOR: can't open it...

SE and SW DOORS: both lead to the double lock, defeated the Dondogos, that's it...

P.S.: make sure you don't get east and west mixed up (I checked).
P.S.S.: why is there a house in Windy Peak that has the word LINK across the front?

I forgot to add this: even though I'm having trouble, I'm still enjoying this quest!

Oh okay, this is where you go. You have to go through the NE Door. It doesn't open, but you can swim under it. Now that you know that, go one screen down from that screen and you will see a opening in the water that you can swim into and go under the door. That should help you finish the level. Good luck.

P.S.: make sure you don't get east and west mixed up (I checked).
P.S.S.: why is there a house in Windy Peak that has the word LINK across the front?

Where did I get east and west mixed up? I am confused. Also, the house in Windy Peak with that, is nothing. Just something that only I know about, that will be revealed in the far future.

Hi shoelace! I just thought I'd stock up on magic and heart containers before kicking the FINAL BOSS'S butt (note that I did not post his name  ). How in the WORLD do you get to the fairy cave on top of Ft. Wolfblin? There's a suspicious place 2 screens east of the entrance, but that's as far as I can get to for now.

That is why I thought you were at the Final boss, because of the first sentence you wrote in this thread.

Ray: In this room is another one of Shoelace's world famous puzzles. You have to use the magic mirrors to reflect magic from your wand to the switches. They have to be done in a certain order, which means you do the one that is flashing. Note: you can push away some of the blocks. Note: make sure which mirror you're using for each of the switches.

Shoelace: A few pages of posts ago, you said that the Temple of Courage would only open after you beat the final level. I know it's in Autumn Town, and you open it by cutting the nearby grass to find a switch. Correct me I'm wrong...

One screen down from the Temple of Light, there is a staircase. Will I ever get there?

Now from the previous question, you can assume I'm still trying to beat the final boss. When he uses his purple-colored wand, I get to a room where I have to use the fire boomerang to light the torches, but I just can't get the bottom two.

Okay, well the door will open to the Temple of Courage if you do that, however, you will see that nothing is in there, until you beat the final level.

I am taking you are talking about the one in Citadel. That is a No. Sorry.

You have the throw the fire boomerang, that's right. Top-left first, then Top-right, bottom-left, and finally bottom-right. I really advise you to get Nayru's Love and the Red Tunic before fighting him.

You don't find out in Hero of Dreams. That is why I won't reveal anything. There is a lot of things that I never revealed that will be very important. For example, what was so important about Patty and finding the Star Map?
