Melee tends to record 5-6 videos in advance. So when you're seeing part 38 on YouTube, he's in the process of recording part 43 or 44. So telling him "You missed X at Y" is not very effective since by the time he would get the message, he's already 5 videos further along than we're seeing. He does this in case something happens like life gets in the way, his computer fails on him, etc.

Either way, can't wait to see the pain and suffering caused by level 11's boss. Probably the first serious example of the "That One Boss" trope, although really, just about any boss can be That One Boss.

Yeah, so unless you can predict where he is 5-6 parts in advance, no point giving spoilers. No major issues as long as he continues to make steady progress. He will ask if he's like truly stuck and has tried for some time at any particular point.

Since he wouldn't want spoilers for the most part, it's ok to see his struggles (has to scout any new area, boss, etc) and missing stuff given this is a blind run. So if he misses something, so what? He would start to wonder if he did miss something if the next part really jumped the difficulty way up (e.g. Missing red mail, gold mail, etc). We're not expecting a 100% run unless he really digs deep to search every corner, which can be quite time consuming.

Even more extreme for my stuff. Let's just say giving me hints, spoilers, etc would be pointless...

So knowing that you're probably 5-6 episodes ahead, you should know that ZC's engine is internally screaming as much as you are when you play L10. Those panels have some weird-ass bugs that were tricky to design around to hide them.

Level 10 is like that one guy who tries to hang out with you more than the other guys/levels, yet makes you scream in agony so much that you want him/it to die in a hole. God, I hate level 10.

Part 39

When people set up traps all over the place, it probably means they don't want to be disturbed.

I'm genuinely glad that the quest manages to keep someone who has so much ZC experience guessing and surprised.

Of course you are. You 3rd stupid Ice Block Puzzle followed me into my dreams and turned it into a nightmare.

With my vast experience (not known) with ZC and sandbox games in general, this was definitely challenging for my brain.

The only thing I actually disliked about this quest is level 10. Everything else is 5/5. However, level 10 itself makes this quest deserve a 0/5. That's how bad it is.

Part 40

I guess it's time to get back to basics... and by basics I mean no gear whatsoever.

Such an old, simple gimmick, and yet it's my favourite dungeon in the quest.

The mechanics this game introduces continue to amaze me.
