Okay, in that case you can't complete this dungeon yet. You need to have at least all of Level 3's items before you can complete this mini-dungeon. In fact, if the game's text is accurate, you need the "Essence" from Level 3 too.

Either way, once you've completed Level 3, you'll know what to do in that part of the mini-dungeon. Trust me on that one.

Nitpick: As far as I know at this point in time (no pun intended), there is no "Future". The era Link is from is the Present, and the "Dark World" is the Past. The area around Level 2 should be proof enough of that :P

You know where the dungeon of trials is in the past? Level 3 is the same location in the present.

You need to go to the Western shrine in the past to warp back to the future. Then, behind Lona Ranch is a cave you can gain access to with the red candle. You get the red candle in the graveyard in the past… keep searching! Push all the gravestones!

...These Keys are hidden far too well >_<. Okay, sure, I'm finding them all on my own with a bit of help from the Map and Compass, but still. Spending about half an hour walking around in search for one key with several false flags all around you is not good for one's sanity D:

EDIT: Welp, at least Manhandla is still just as weak to bombs as ever XD. My poor heart though; RANDOM MIDBOSS OUT OF NOWHERE, RAWR!

Fun fact: playnig music makes you momentarily invincible. Sure, it (for now) only works at certain places, but still!

Also, as I promised, here's a screenshot of the screen with the off-looking tile. Now it could be just me, but the marked tile's bottom-right corner looks a bit cutoffish to me.

Just finished level 4.

Can I ask, is there any point to the two rooms in the top left? (as shown on map above)

Those rooms has significance, but you do anything with it until much later. ;)

As for after Level 4, you find the Goron Homeland through the present mountain. From the point you'd start hitting F6 continue on Gly'cov Mountain (easiest way to describe), go left two screens and dive. Go through that cave and you'll lower a tile that was blocking your way to the top left part of the mountain in the past, leading you to the Goron Homeland.

Also, guys please make sure to download the new update. Zcfan found a bug that prevented him from accessing Level 5 (the woodcutter wouldn't sell wood anymore). Granted, I'm not sure what made the game do it as it worked for me and all my testers, but I have fixed it. For good measure, I made sure all trade sequences in the game work, so the game should be complete-able. :D

About that wood; It didn't bug out for me. @ZCFan: did you talk to the Goron at the raft shop first? Judging by the "puzzle solved" jingle that played, I'm assuming that that's (one of)  the triggers in the sequence.

EDIT: Also, Heart Ring get! Yay for auto-regeneration, even if it's horribly slow regeneration :D

This, I don't know. I do know that you can find the Heart Ring for free somewhere in the Present though, which is how I got it.

EDIT: Also, I found a palette issue. Upon entering Snowfall Village (the frozen Goron City) from Death Mountain, but before actually entering a building (read: cavern), all Gorons are apparently albinos. The moment you enter and exit a cave, this problem gets fixed.

So, I made it through Turtle Rock, got the boss key and warped to the Fairy Caves... and am greeted by some kind of blinking green sphere? It hurts me on contact and is impervious to anything I can do. Am I missing something?

EDIT: On a simiilar note; what's with all these unopenable golden chests spread around in random caves?
