Man the level 3 item is sweet, wish it could work on more objects but its ok.
At the pond, does it remember how much rupuess you give it like alttp or do you have to give it all at once?

Yes it remembers all the rupees you dropped. You can't waste rupees there.

Ok, couple of questions.
With the pond, Ive given over 200 rupees, and got a medium bomb bag. Do I get anything else if I keep giving?
Secondly, I am well confused in the palace of harmony. I found the bombable wall north of the entrance, but then get to a dead end where there's one of those weird stones. Played the song of awakening, and it hums a tune… Sounds like Right Left Up Right Left Up. Played that on the ocarina, and nothing happens.
There's another stone on the east side of the level which does the same thing, except the song it hums is more like DDD AAA. Got a hint on how to make progress?

The fairy will keep giving you stuff. When she no longer has anything to give, she will tell you and return your rupees. So don't be shy about dropping rupees there, they're always an investment.
You have the right idea for the stones, but what you're playing, while close, is not correct.

I'm in level 1 but can't seem to find the boss key. Where is it? Also, when do bombs become available?

Care to spoil the correct sequence of notes?

Bombs are the treasure for beating level 1.
The boss key is in the room to the north of the lock block which has the boss insignia on it.
Once you have the plant Aria, explore the eastern side of the level, and you should be able to find the path that leads to the other side of the lock block...

Great quest so far. I've got 6 hearts before the first dungeon. I was able to cut all the grass, but it took a few tries. I'm kind of stuck in levle 1, but I want to see if I can't figure it out first.

Btw, Jamian.
I love the music choices you've made. Alundra music for the lost woods… Nice! and Wild arms for the over world!

I forgot to mention how legit the Ocarina system is. I can only imagine that took a lot of time to implement, and it works really nicely. Adding in the songbook is a really nice touch too. I wasn't expecting something that advanced from a ZC quest, but it is one more reason why this quest is great.

Sort of stuck in Level 1
Have you tried walking over the poisonous mushrooms in the invisible tree maze?
Also, when you hit the switches, it opens up new paths.
Still no joy with the notes I should play in level 2. Tried Zeldas Minuet, but that has no effect.
Damn, those notes are nasty… just got them throughout trial and error… All I can suggest if you're stuck is to turn the volume on your speakers right up, and try to identify what each note is before playing the melody in each room.
