I got into northern area after I beat the goron mine. I have been everywhere I think i can go in the area. Can't find the key to get to the dungeon in the town. I have found a bunch of heart peices, Been through the forge and got the noble sword. Have the blue tunic. Bombed everything I think is bombable. Seen a bunch of purple armos statues and other symbals all over the place. i know a guy in town said he left a key by some stumps in the shape of a cross. Can't find any stumps like that. I found some that were in a plus shape but couldn't find a key anywhere. Looked in the southern part too. Don't know if I'm not suppose to go in that dungeon yeat and should be looking for another dungeon? I wouldn't ask but I'm at my witts end here any help would be nice.

Yeah, you're supposed to bomb in the middle of the stumps in the plus shape to find it.

Thanks Sometimes zelda classic games do things a bit different It makes things fun but that looks like a dig or plant seed spot to get me. Atleast I found all the other stuff. Games been tough for me and I'm just on normal mode. I like the challenge though.

Im stuck on level 2. I have visited every room on the 1st floor, and I am missing the top left rooms in the basement. I have guessed that the switch next to the boss door opens the 2nd stairway in that room, but how do I get to the switch? details?

Have you carefully inspected the first room of the dungeon? That seems to be something that a few people have overlooked.

In fact, I have. But I solved it: there was a puzzle where I had to push all the lights onto the switches that I missed -_-  Now i need to find the power gloves... WHICH i dont know where to find... (Moldorm Prime was a ripoff of Metroid Prime, and so hard that i had to switch to easy and buy a potion)

Evan, I just started playing your quest today. So far, I'm really enjoying it. I like how everything is laid out and the gameplay is top notch.

I got rustled by the first boss in Level 1 and this suddenly happened..

Okay, how do I get to the 3rd dungeon? I think that should be more clear. Because I cannot enter corona quarry... -_-

You have to get the bracelet from a mini-dungeon north of the quarry. Then you can push the rock to get in.

Are you talking about goron grotto? If so, how do I get across the lava pit there? if I need a special item, could you point me to where I get it?

Like I can't stand AB Item Select personally because it takes forever to get through rooms with switching items with it.

I find it's something you get better at if you memorize the item list. The items are very easy to find if you remember exactly how many times you have to press the button to select the item.

I'm not complaining about that, but the type you have to pause every time you want to switch items which the demo of IoR had. The standard AB Item select in ZC kinda sucks because of it takes so long to switch even to one item to the right of the one you have.

I've already memorized this one. But I do kinda wish some items were closer together still like the Hammer and the Hookshot since you're likely to be using them together.

If I had to reorder the subscreen again, I would have swapped the Hammer and Candle along with the Lens and Hookshot. The Lens would make more sense being down with the utility items like the ocarina and bait. Oh well, hindsight is 20/20.

I find all of his important items go in 3s.

Hammer, arrow, hookshot, potion, staff all fall on the same column. Just knowing that much makes using L&R to switch items much more convenient.
