For thoses who doesn't know how to go inside the prison it's very simple: There's a shop in the Celestia City and there's a basement where you can find a guard that doesn't let you to get the chest. You must find a way to open the chest thus steal something and then the guard will arrest you and he'll throw you inside the prison. That's where you can find the blue tunic but be carefull to not being caught by the guards until you reach the boss area or else you'll have to start over in the same cell.

Possible bug or exploit that seemingly allowed me to skip some intended tasks and finish the water temple with an extra key:

Using careful timing and a trick of the Deku leaf, I was able to come up on the top of the lift and proceed right on this screen.

I'm actually stuck in this prison short one key.  I have the boss key, but I need another small key to lower the blocks there.  I can see there's a room I have not been in located on the far bottom left of the map, but I can't figure out how to get there.

That's a bug actually. I think you missed the key on this screen:

You have all the pieces, now just go to the forge to make the Bow of Light.

From the start screen in the Dark Realm dungeon you are in, go 2 screens left, and then 1 screen down.

Looks like you skipped the Bow of Light. So, at this point I have no idea where you can and can't get a key because your're supposed to get 3 keys and then get the Bow of Light. But somehow you got at least six keys without the Bow of Light.

How does me sending you a quest file with the Bow of Light at the beginning of this dungeon so you can complete it?
