Hey there, I run the website, Zelda Dungeon and I was thinking of doing a Let's Play of this game for the site. About a year ago I did a Let's Play of Lost Isle.

How does this particular fan game stack up in terms of difficulty and game length? I do like combat and puzzle difficulty, so I think I'll go with the Hero Mode. Dying makes for good entertainment.
When I play casually, I like wandering around aimlessly, completely clueless on where to go. However, I've noticed that with YouTube videos, that doesn't make for good entertainment. Does this game have a lot of wandering around aimlessly, or is it fairly structured?
Thanks.
Honestly I'd recommend Normal Mode. Isle of Rebirth is geared for the experienced Zelda Classic audience so it's a considerable deal harder than many quests out there. Going at it blind on Hero Mode, while possible, wouldn't lend too well to an LP in my opinion. Of course the quest does provide the option to decrease the difficulty if you ever find yourself struggling.
As for getting lost, the overworld is fairly simple and leads you in its own ways. The quest doesn't really hold your hand at any point, but the overworld is not nearly as massive as Lost Isle, so you can easily keep track of where you are and where you have and haven't been. The more confusing parts of the quest I feel are the dungeons and in those you have the dungeon map and compass to help you find your way around.
The hardest parts of the quest in my opinion, however, are the puzzles and the bosses. Both start off fairly simple but as the game goes on they quickly take off the child gloves and start to beat your mind and your reflexes senseless. I do think if you choose to LP it you'll like what this quest has to offer.
