Okay, done with Level 6 and the second Dungeon of Trials. How do I beat the Sword Dojo in Dhona (the one with the four butthole-level Darknuts and Red Jellyfish)?

In the unreleased update, I've made it 1000x easier and more fair. Unfortunately, that trial is in my opinion, is the hardest room/challenge in the game in the version you are using. I made it hard because Hurrican Spin, your reward, is an insanely good prize. It was made even worse since I barred you from using potions. ![]()
I've done it without getting hit once, but I don't really have much of a strategy to share. Now one thing that is kind of helpful is that the green darknuts frequently drop fairies & hearts. Also, darknuts are easier to face if you get them on the south side and swipe them at a downward angle. They'll get hit through the shield due to the slash. They only have 4HP with the sword you have, but that doesn't stop it from being hard.
In the update, the game is getting tons of new content, and huge balance changes. Many of which I haven't shared with the forums yet. Darknuts no longer will ever have a splitting variety and in fact, the ones that used to split will be flagged to "never return". They will also move slower and occasionally stop, to fire a sword beam. It makes things like that trial and Level 7 much easier.

GREAT! Now, since I last posted, I got the Hammer and both Quake Scrolls (although I got the upgraded scroll first, then the initial one). Apparently, I'm supposed to be able to destroy dirt clods now, but all the dirt clods I've smacked, both with and without charging, have a bad habit of not being destroyed. Is there something else I'm missing, or did I accidentally the game somehow?

yeah, had to come back with red mail just to make getting hurricane spin easier. Pretty much just tanked the room, which was hard to do with blue mail given splitter darknut did 2 hearts damage, AND the 2 green darknuts also did 2 hearts of damage. Was 4 magic sword hits to split and then 3 more hits for each of the darknuts after.
Now it's not nearly as bad to get through that little test.
Just have to make the Red Caves more balanced for your equipment at that point. Probably not best to have final battle enemies to have to go through given their huge damage output. Can be any bit of standard enemies, puzzles, etc that can be used in place

Yeah, the whole dirt thing was something the hammer was originally intended to do. I then decided it was of no value to do that, and forgot to change the string in that version. It has been fixed, just not with the version you have. ![]()

I got desperate to find a way to continue the ocean temple I started to dive in random places and found a path under a waterfall without a face now I am doing better
You're using the new version still, right? In L5, bubbles indicate dive spots and/or torches crossing a certain spot. I don't think I left any unmarked!

I'm glad you enjoyed it so much! Flow uses a large number of scripts, and I am working on another project at this time, but I can help you out when possible! Just send me a PM and I can try to help with the pit script. Honestly, the pit script in the version of Flow you just played through is a bit imperfect, it teleported you a predetermined spot. In my final unreleased update for Flow Remastered, the pit script will teleport you to where you come in at. ![]()

Currently stuck in level 5, I can't find a way to lower the blocks in front of the West Shrine entrance. I've got the Hyper Slingshot and Ember Seeds already.
EDIT: Wait nevermind, how the heck did I overlook that unlit torch?

I think a lot of people miss that torch! It's still a puzzle in the new unreleased version too. ![]()

Hopefully the red cave will get rebalanced a bit. It's already a bit of work just to gain access to the place.
