You need mirror shield for every puzzle involving the sun switches. You're missing something elsewhere. Have you gotten two keys and gone to the dark basement?

Something inside me says that Mr.Snooze is missing the burnable candle in the second room of L11.

Nope! got the burnable candle, the 2 keys and went to the dark dungeon. Been everywhere I can go and looks like I should be able to open a door down, left and up from there but can't and also can't seem to get anywhere else.

 

Geez nevermind, just a brain freeze. thanks for the help everyone!

There's a wall torch that isn't lit in one of the dungeons that people (including myself) have missed, that's probably what he means.

Hm, sorry xD. burnable exists, but I for some reason looked at it wrongly because all candles are burnable.

The fact that you finished with 14 hearts makes me envious.

 

Hero Mode is rough. I was afraid of some of the bosses, but no, the normal monsters are the true horror. I'm in level 5 now, and these knights knock 3 hearts off my 13. Considering you have to take every single knight seriously or they literally walk all over you, this makes for a rough time.

Any ETA on the update? I'm at level 8 right now, and I was wondering if I should wait a while for the new version, or just carry on.

Level 8 has been updated already in the 3-21-14 build. It has Blue Lynels on the surface. I've been a bit busy, so I'm not sure how long it will take. I do aim on doing it at some point, so what I'd recommend is just make a separate save file outside of the bonus boss room in Blighted Abyss and you'll be able to play through at whatever pace you like and experience the update when it comes out.

I am missing a key in level 12. It is the last key needed before going into the room where you have to open up the hole in the middle of the floor, any help?
