Ok, I'm getting annoyed. I need to get the key by "Killing the bug with the silver arrow in the rainy season", but when I go back to the screen in spring, There is no bug! AHHHHH! how frustrating.

Also, you released TDS demo when you weren't even really starting to make the actual game, so you will release a HoD2 demo long, long before starting to make it, too?

Well, actually when I made the TDS demo, it was supposed to be the actual game. After I completed the demo for the Spring Expo last year, I put it on the backburner just so I can focus my attention on completing HoD. Then in September EotM was in the making, and you all know, I put that in the backburner too. Anyways, my plan for TDS is to have so many crazy and never seen before puzzles. However, since 2.11 is coming out, it makes TDS look not so special. So I decided, I am going to redo everything. And I still want it to have top notch, crazy, and never seen before puzzles, so I won't start making it until 2.11 is released.

Stuck in Level 5. I've found all keys; I've already used 2 of them. One on the fire floor and one on the plant floor. Now I'm stuck. Where should I be going next?

Okay, I suggest going to the Plant floor mini boss first. So go to that floor and you have to follow the path on the top to the left side. You said you put one key over there so that is the way. Anyways, if you haven't gotten to the 2nd key, you must have not opened the way into the screen. To open the tree gate to open the way, you have to cut the grass and you will find an ocarina spot to open it. Also, on the fire floor you can get to the mini boss on that floor without completing the plant floor, but I suggest doing the plant first. Anyways, maybe you got stuck on the spot where you have to reflect the ghosts magic to hit the switch from the moveable mirror.

Really? Because that is exactly what you do. When you get the Silver arrows go to that screen where the statue says that in the Spring (where it rains). Shoot the bugs with the silver arrows and the bush will grow revealing the key. It should work, I haven't heard of this not working. Try it again, and if it doesn't work let me see a screen of it, to see what the problem is.

That's not the screen that says it though. You have to kill the bug on the screen that says "Come back in the Spring." So what you do is, go left and turn it to autumn, then head all of the way right (Switch is the screen that the statue and the key is), then turn it Spring and get the key.

So that's what I was doing wrong...

Edit: How do you get past: A) the 1st shuttered door in the Water shrine
B) the room with the switches and orange blocks in the dragon's keep?

A) You actually come out of that shutter, so you can't open it. But you can go north if you bomb the wall.

B) Push the candles on the switches and then go step on the last switch.

Another question: How do I get to the Spirit of Knowledge's Room?(water floor) I've beaten the other 2 spirits so now I need to know how to get to the third and final one.

I think I answered that in the previous page, here is a quote:

You have to go a screen above that screen (Go to the bottom of the plant floor) and push the eye statue to the dirt. It will start to rain, and then it will create a path to the switch that you needed. (To the Spirit of Knowledge)

You will need to use the wand for the blue torch to get through by the way.

This quest is absolutely fantastic!! And a big thanks to all who have contributed to this post. I need help with the first mini-boss in Level 8. What is the strategy to beat this guy? I thought it would be the hammer, but life is short with that approach. Thanks for any guidance or suggestions!!

The source of problem is that when you hit it with the correct weapon you get hardly any hint that you hit it. Anyways, use the sword. Avoid the things, spikes and blows whiches the mini-boss send at you, then hit it with the sword then run from the spin attack. The lower it's health, the more spin attack it does in a row. Does spin even more after a succesful hit.

Another question. How to kill the bugs in a room on the left of LVL8 before the lava does you in?

Sorry about the double post but I realized too late that I had started a new post instead of editing the previous one. I can't delete it, at least I don''t see a way to delete a post.

I am not sure what room you are talking about, honestly. But you said bugs, I am guess it is the mephs, the one-eye bugs. You hit them with arrows. Hope that helps.

And, it looks like it was an accident for the double post, so you are off with a warning. lol. Accidents happen, I've done it before too. :O
