I sure do! (350+ hours sunk into it)

Octorock: You need 2 keys actually. There's one you can get by bombing stalctites hooked up to chains, and 2 in paths more toward the bottom of the sideview area.

Is there a trick to Medusa? Apart from developing ninja skills when it comes to dodging these swarms of fast bubbles.

Arrows are your best offensive weapon against her. Din's Fire is also situationally useful as well. You can use the lights to insta kill anything she summons and can get a good amount of health back that way.

Wand is also pretty effective in my experience. If you have the Magic Rings it'll be refilling anyway. Potions also refill magic too.

Shameless plug here, but I've started a series showcasing this quest for anyone who may find it/my personal circle.

Doing a fairly casual 100% run, with each boss featuring a no-damage win after the 'real' fight. I wanna show off everything, so I did research. I know of Venser's cane and the level 4 easter egg. Are there any other missables in the game I should be spoiled of?

I'm really stoked to see this. I'll definitely be following your playthrough!

(No, you didn't miss anything. The only other "secret" left in the game is when you beat the bonus boss on Hero Mode.)

General_Milky do you plan on doing a no damage run on the optional Venser battle in Prismatic Gate? Do you also plan on doing a no damage run on the optional boss?

So a no damage run on the bonus boss is entirely possible to do, actually. His big gimmick is that if you slip up once, everything starts rapidly spiraling downhill (Oh, you're bubbled? Let's spawn some death knights. Winded? Have a giant laser.), so in theory, a no-damage run should be possible (the 5 bubble burst and meteor mash attacks won't be fun though). Venser II... really, he's designed to beat you into submission quickly and efficiently, and the main strategy for him is to damage him faster than he damages you, so a no-damage run of him would be exceptionally difficult, probably the hardest thing you could do in the game, honestly.

No damaging Venser 2 is very possible until the second phase. At that point you just have to end the fight quickly.

Yeah, I plan to no-damage everything if I can. I'm not sure if I will be able to, but I'm persistent.

I AM pretty scared of level 9 Venser and final boss Venser, though. Lumen is also gonna drive me nuts. Boss rush is something I might skip too.

So, no hitting Lumen I has been done before and is actually possible. Lumen II on the other hand... it's probably gonna require you predicting when she's about to go into desperation mode and firing the portal sphere just before, because if she starts attacking you while in desperation mode, that no-hit run is gonna go south very fast.

How is this puzzle possible with some buttons having no pushable blocks to cover them?

Thanks!

With the portal sphere, you can push blocks through portals to get them to hit switches they normally wouldn't be able to hit. You're gonna have to test out which portals go where and then bend your thinking a bit to see which blocks can actually hit which switches.

I can see Scourge, Mothula, Gleeok, Smog, Venser 2, Lumen 2, the final boss and all of the postgame being incredibly difficult to no-damage. That said, I'm really enjoying the playthrough so far. :D

Thanks! Good thing the portal sphere doesn't use magic :P
