? 1 - What's up with Link's house on Windy Peak?
? 2 - How do you get into Donfeo cave in Windy Peak?
? 3 - How is this quest so amazingly awesome?

1. Well as you can tell I left a lot of things left untold. If I ever make a Hero of Dreams 2, it will be explained. There is a lot that will connect with the game. And it isn't the Hero of Winds because he would be dead by then. This is years and years after the last Link in the Zelda series: The Hero of Courage. Here is a list of the Link's Born:

Hero of Time -> Hero of Winds -> Hero of Light -> Hero of Courage -> Hero of Dreams

2. In the left entrance there is a crack on the top right wall. Bomb it and it will lead to a switch that will open a door.

3. Thank you. I hope my next games will be even better for you to enjoy.

Help! I can't get past those moving spikey things in Level 1. Any suggestions? I can get through the first bunch, but not the second.

What you have to do is watch how the spikes move and then with good timing and speed you should make it out alive icon_wink.gif

Well, I finally did that but can't figure out where else to go. I thought I got a hookshot in one of the chests earlier but nothing showed up in my Inventory???

Is the hookshot in Level 1??? If so, why isn't it showing? All I have at present is bombs.

Well, I got the Master Key, but I must have missed the boomerang. I get to a little stairway in the water, where I imagine I am supposed to hit this spire with it, to move the block so I can go on.

Nevermind. I found everthing.

Okay, I need help. I'm on Level 2 (Fort Wolfblin), and I can't get the bow. More specificly, I can't get through this door...

I'm sure the answer will be obvious when I know it, but I just can't figure it out.

On a side-note, great quest Shoelace.

Heh, I remember this... Shoelace loves using these types of puzzles. For a very vague hint, look at the floor borders. You might want to watch for this trick in all the dungeons afterwards, Shoelace tends to use it a lot...

I am working on Cerbat Shrine and having trouble with a key shortage. I have gotten to the right side of the map where there is a block puzzle. After the block puzzle is a dragon which I killed, but now I need a key. I have the Ocarina and two keys. I have been up the left side and across the top of the map. Any help would be appreciated.

I foretold that you will have key shortage!
So, the hardest-to-find key is where you need to shoot the entrance statues and then go north through a way to get to the southwest part with a now reachable chest. Other's are: bombing the cracked wall at the dodongo and pushing the eyestatue in the green water room to be able hokshot over. These are the hardest ones which I can remember.

OK. I give up. I can't get through the Level 1 boss. I wish I had some sort of game pad because I just can't go that fast with the Keyboard, and I keep hitting the wrong keys. Sure was fun while it lasted though. Does anyone know of a game that is a little less difficult?

If you're looking to slow things down a little when facing the boss, here's a little tip. The F3 button will pause the game. The F4 button will advance the game by a single frame.

You can hold down an arrow key while holding F4. It makes you move very, very slowly, and when you're not moving, you have all the time in the world to think of your next movement to dodge whatever fireball or whatever is coming your way. It's an invaluable tool.

Of course, do remember that you're holding down a function key. icon_razz.gif If you have Alt as your item key, you probably don't want to do an Alt+F4. ^_^' XD

Thank you Shadow Tiger. I'll try that. Sure wish I had known that a long time ago.

Thanks again. I got through it. Took a long time, but I made it. Just talked to Dunsmore, but have to quit for awhile. Thank you.

I'm stuck again.... I am in the real big, and very dark room with a statue in each corner. I have hit all 4 of them with the boomerang. (They are all blinking) Nothing, and I can't get any further. I was tempted to get arrested by the one guard that is in there. Are there many more of these really dark places? icon_cry.gif

You have to burn the tree in front of the guard. It will trap the guard in and you can get the key that is there. Hope that helps.

Ooh, ooh, I've got one! How do I avoid King Dodongo's rolling attack? Link doesn't seem to walk fast enough.

Also: warping the player directly in front of the boss right before he does the flame-breath attack isn't too nice. icon_thumbsdown.gif

Link walks fast enough, but you have to be quick, and be very close to the edge. Never try to round off corners, otherwise he'll run you over. Just hug the edge of the lava, but don't be so close as to not walk into the lava.
