To get that key, you need to fall from 1F of the dungeon. Look outside for a rock that you can push, it should be pretty obvious.

 

@jwex:

You see the current in the ocean water right? Instead of just holding right to get to South Shrine, you need to hold up and get on that main island there. Then it just go back in time and fully explore that island and you'll eventually make it to Gly'cov Village.

 

@skatz:

Dive where the 4 crystals cross and use Din's Fire. (If I'm understanding your position right.)

I have found gly'cov in the past and been all over the area but still can not find level 7. I have gotten through the hidden cave in the training grounds in the present to get to the past then the switch but can not pass the next area that opens up without the hammer, but I can not find level 7 so I can an get the hammer.

 

if it requires the ice ability, i think i found my error.  just need help finding the ice faries.  not sure if somewhere else in this post or not, but i have found

the one in the forest, the one in the mystic sea in the SE of the map, and that is it so far. any other ideas where the rest are. I remember it saying death mountian, but can not remember past there

nvrmind again.  looks like i need the hammer to get one of them anyway.  stil have not found level 7.

I finally finished the quest! For me, this was very difficult, although it could have been much easier if I'd gotten the Enchanted Chest items sooner (I got them midway through Level 9).

Even though I now have the Enchanted Magic Ring, I never found the Blue Glyph in Level 6 to get the normal Magic Ring. Where is that?

Also, I can't get the Enchanted Chest that's in the house in Glycov. I used the candle earlier and the fires stay lit. I believe I have the version that supposedly addressed this bug. (I didn't have to do the bridge building side quest).

Here is a my big issue finding level 7.  this is the only place i can think of it being.

From where you are, you need to get to glycov village past, in the village is level 7.  The red circle shows the cave to the village

I've been to the village but can not do anything. They all keep taljung about a thief. Bur can not do anything about it. Have been all over the map and then some

did you talk to the mayor or whatever he is of the town, he gives you a hint where to go

Yes I did and I got through the path to the sw of town after hitting the switch through the cave in the training grounds in the present. But can not go any further.

you can't go that path until you get the levitation ring.  I can't remember where I found the thief, Obderhode would know

@jwex001: To get to the thieves, you first have to get food for the Goriya in the way. One you have the bait, go to the past northern plains. Once at the entrance to the graveyard, don't go in, but go south. Use the Pegasus boots to get rid of the petrified flower, and then push the rock to reveal a passage where you have to give the Goriya his meat. After that, make it through the ceremonial grounds to kill the thieves. Hope this helps!

it appears in the shop in the village past after you talk to the goriya, that is a update chng from Obderhode
