Because the post count has lowered for this quest, I am going to stop sharing the videos that are embedded directly into my forums posts. I believe it will cause lag for those with slower computers and they may refrain from posting in this thread because of my videos. So I will now share them in a link that is attached to the title until I feel that post count in this topic is no longer an issue.

NJF Plays The Forbidden City [Hero Mode] (13 - L4 Sunken Fortress part 1)

(Duration 41:25)

Description:

After solving the mysterious located in the ruined town of Kasuto, Link can now explore the Sunken Fortress to learn the song that will allow him to bypass the spikes that surround Auga's domain. This Wizzrobe infested fortress however turns out to be quite the challenge for Link as he attempts to locate the treasures that lie within. To make things worse, Link is attacked by the Acanthurida, the mutant aquatic bacteria. Fortunately, Link is able to defeat the beast and find the flippers which will allow him to swim around the chilled waters of the Sunken Fortress.

I've finally continued my playthrough and reached Level 5. I had a lot of trouble with the boss of Level 4, but then I went to get the white sword and the blue tunic and it was MUCH simpler xD. I found a lot of goodies on the overworld too. I remember someone here saying you get something worthwhile for doing more of the image puzzles in the first game house. Is that true?

Level 5 has cool gimmicks, but it's a real test of your patience in some of the rooms. Even more so than Level 4.

It's not. Only do it if you enjoy it and/or want to 100% the quest.

Link learns a new song that allows him to create floods which leads him to new rooms. After blasting away a few Blue Wizzrobes with his trusty bombs and solving a complicated ice block puzzle, Link earns the Blue Tunic. I've been streaming a lot more lately, and due to my recent streaming activity I am quite backed up on youtube videos.

So to try and catch up, I'm going to be uploading a video once a day rather than once every 2 days on all my playthroughs until I am caught up. This means you'll get to see anticipated videos earlier, but it will also mean that it'll be harder to fine time to watch my videos if you are extra busy. I feel that videos should be uploaded once every two days to give people time to watch them, but while I am backed up, I'll have to make an exception.

I'll more than likely be making these announcements every time I'm streaming more than an average amount of content. (I tend to do this when I'm having a lot of fun playing certain games).

I'm going to copy/paste this announcement where I believe they are necessary right now.

NJF Plays The Forbidden City [Hero Mode] (15 - L4 Sunken Fortress part 3)

(Duration 29:32)

Description:

(Beware the Fishrobes!)
"UUUUUUGGGGGGHHHHHHH!!!!!" - Anglerfish

Link, with the solution to the underwater maze memorized, takes the long deep path to the Boss Key. But things won't be so easy, as this path is filled with Fishrobes who are much more threatening than they appear. After surviving the path of Fishrobes, Link uses a few bombs to blast away a few Blue Darknuts and Blue Wizrobes and earns the Boss Key. Link enters the boss chamber and encounters a very angry Anglerfish, the Dismal Depths Predator. Link is easily defeated by the Anglerfish and is forced to make better preparations. After a few attempts, like is able to take down this very angry fish and learn the Spike's Dirge. However, it turns out that Auga's fortress is protected by a magical barrior, Link is instructed by Zelda to head to the town of Mido to find a magical artifact he can use to enter Auga's fortress. Meanwhile, Auga is in Mido, threatening the villagers to arrest Link if he steps foot in the village. Also, Gogol is confident that he will capture Link, now that Zelda is in Auga's possession. He believes it is only a matter of time. Gogol makes a promise to Auga and Darbus that all who follow him will be rewarded. Gogol also makes a subtle reminder that people who don't follow him will get punished severely.

Little "bug" in Lvl5 .. you can activate the ocarina while standing on disappearing platforms - floating in the air until the plattform reappears, making at leat that puzzles less annoing

That's a pretty obscure trick. It would make no wonder nobody discovered it yet. Lol

NJF Plays The Forbidden City [Hero Mode] (16 - Central Hyrule Field)

(Duration 29:43)

Description:

"Ooooh!!!! Look at this!!!" - Me referring to a song puzzle in a cave I inadvertently helped Jamian create.

It's a long journey reaching Mido through Auga's territory. Land cultivated so well it makes travel so difficult for anybody but those who work for Auga and Gogol. However, Link is able to avoid all of Auga's traps and trickery and reach Mido. Link is a wanted man in Mido, so what will happen to Link when he enters Mido? Stay tuned and find out in the next video!

Oh, so that's how you solve that puzzle in the cave. I've been there but didn't think of that. Nice xD

something weird just happened to me in lvl7.  i managed to be able to walk a pixel or two down into solid combos.  i once in this position i could still walk left and right and pass through most doors / trigger most things.  so it didn't appear to affect gameplay at all.  leaving the level didn't fix it, but dying did.

i'm not sure what i did to cause this.  but at the time i was trying to get the big rupee in the elevator corridor by bombing the rock.  i bombed the rock, and next thing i knew it was happening.  i didn't notice it before that.  so maybe something to do with that corridor script wise?  or maybe the stairs that drop you halfway up that happens a couple screens after with the dodongo?  could have been there.

I just got stuck in a place where 3 or more other people in this thread said they got stuck too. Maybe it's time to make that spot more obvious? xD

I'm talking about the part in Level 5 where you need to use the shovel near a sign that tells you to use Farores song because you can't get out without the hookshot.

Yes, thank you. I didn't try to dig there, but I know it now. I've already finished the dungeon :D

Edit: Oh and by the way! https://www.youtube....h?v=VVOFibwVMw0 This is where the overworld theme is from. xD Youtube told me.
