OMG...there is no telling were that skull is at. I'm pretty sure I've done the Jungle Crypt....that's the one I used the Eye to get in right?

EDIT: I got lucky...the Cursed Skull I was missing was in level 2! Got the Gold Tunic.

So, I finished the thing.

I downgraded the quest to very easy mode after the end. The bonus content is crazy, lol. Boss rush is way funnier now. I copied my file, so maybe I will try the thing in normal mode when I improve my skill against the bosses. But now I'm only care about mindless fun, enough challenge for me.

So first off, congrats! You finished the quest with a lot less deaths than I did. Granted, I uncapped a lot, intentionally tried to create bugs by dying in certain places, and stuff like that, but still, I think it's safe to say you did better than I did.

Now I'll warn you: If you go after the bonus dungeon, it doesn't get any easier on easy mode (I'm pretty sure at least). There is no easy way through that Hell-hole. The cane definitely helps, but don't expect a walk in the park; even with the cane, it's one of the hardest things I've seen in ZC.

Well done Luigi :)

I feel really stupid because even after reading this, I had to look back and read over the picture a few times before I caught it. >_<

So where do I go when I have all of the Cursed Skulls?

Go back to Prismatic Gate after you get the final sword and go through the portal. Rather than heading up to the final battle, head down through the smaller portal. The cursed skulls will open the way. I'd strongly suggest you get the gold arrows from the fourth arena (which opens up after the first time you go through the Prismatic Gate portal) before trying the bonus dungeon though.

I'm trying to go back and fight the wizard to get his cane. I have the Boss Key in Level 12, but have not fought the boss yet.  I want to make sure I'm strong enough to defeat him. Suggestions??

I have my golden arrows. Killing bears is so sad =(

I'm laughing a lot with the damn bonus dungeon... Are there some tricks/weakness than I can exploit? xD Apart from the cane, of course... It's super cruel, but I think I have a chance. The problem is the super dark palette, my computer screen is old and I can barely see the walls (too dark).

Generally, you want to stay as far away from him as possible and use the wand from far away to hit him. If he dashes at you, slash at him then quickly run away while he's flickering and can't hurt you. Super bombs deal a lot of damage to him AND kill any of the nearby wizzrobes he summons, so they're really helpful in the fight. Here, have two videos:

Tricks to exploit? Not really. This dungeon is just pure concentrated hatred and cruelty. Once you clear out a room, you can uncap and let the magic refill so you can use the cane in the next room again, but that's about it.

Did he disappear when you went back in? The same thing happened to me, even though Evan was supposed to have fixed the solidity. Maybe that's just a weird bug carried over if you updated the quest after already talking to Venser?

No, I opened a new file with the recent build. I have not checked if he was still there, though.

He really wasn't that hard with the Gold Tunic, Red Potion, Super Bombs and Nayru's Love!
