Give the fish to the fisherman in the town near the sunken basin level.

Man, these bugs caused by different ZC versions... They are a quest developer's nightmare.

Quest Update Submitted To the Site.

If you have a file that has passed level 9, but you did not beat the optional encounter at the end of it, the event will not be fixed on your file. If you are still unable to win with endgame gear, send me a PM and I'll send you a special file to bypass the event entirely.

I'm currently inside level 9 (so haven't reached that encounter yet), so I take it I should update?

How do I control the Wind Boomerang?

EDIT: Once fired, Left/Right control the Wind Boomerang!

You must hold the B-button down to control the boomerang. When you release the B-button, Link will no longer control the boomerang. While holding the B-button, press left or right. The wind boomerang is controlled by Link's perspective. For example: If Link is facing up, the boomerang will go left when you press left. If Link is facing down, the boomerang will go right when you press left.

EDIT: Oops, I didn't read your edit.

How do I beat the boss in level 11? This is the only boss I've had to use more than 1 potion on and I still can't get her. Arrows seem to help but within seconds I seem to be down half power again...and cursed.

I just finished level 5, I kept dying and dying, and had to get out three or four times to buy potions and sometimes even a shield (damn like likes). Does it get any harder than that? I enjoyed the dungeon a lot, though. This game just keeps getting better, I'm hoping that doesn't change.

It's mostly a game of patience. Play extremely defensively and only attack when you have an oppertunity to do so. The fight will take a while, but it is a fairly safe strategy. Never get within sword range if you have to; let your arrows do all the work for you.

Riaj: Glad you're enjoying it! It does get a bit tougher, but never to impossible degrees. If it does get too tough, there's always easy mode if it makes it more enjoyable. :)

Yeah, this game keep getting better and better with every dungeon. By the time you hit 9, 10, 11, you'll see things you never thought possible in ZC. This is by far...THE BEST QUEST OUT THERE!

What should I have before 12? I have 24 1/2 Hearts, 18 Cursed Skulls, Red Tunic, and just killed the Gold Lynell. And heading to the windmills!

Probably a good idea, unless you want to be forced to fight an overpowered boss that screws with cutscenes.

You'll definitely want to the gold tunic. Go kill all the gold monsters, then go to the guy outside the town south of the desert to get it. A few more hearts wouldn't hurt, but at the same time, they're not necessary. You're missing one cursed skull, so if you really want to get into the bonus dungeon, you'll have to find that. Have you done the Jungle Crypt yet?

Anytime after you have access to Northern Remdra, just go to the eastern coast (volcanic area) and there's a town there. Within that town is a minidungeon.
