How do I get this?

zelda006_zpslgyfk2tp.png

And where is the Red Candle? I've beaten the game and been everywhere I can think of...but can't find this hidden shop its in.

EDIT: Does anyone have a save file that puts me close to this? I switched between Firefox and Zelda Classic to post this and the screen messed up on ZC. I could hear sound, F6 and Saved...then F8 to close it. When I restarted, ALL OF MY SAVE FILES were gone!

Paradox Hover Boots will lead you to the Hidden Shop in the Brace Dest Temple; as long as you don't hesitate, the sky's the limit.

I found the key on the beach and went in to the Grand Library...How do I get past the lightning? Also, where are the 5 keys in Truth. I found only the 3 near the beginning of the level.

These are basically the only two rooms I cannot get passed so far.

EDIT: I wasn't a True Champion yet to enter the Grand Library. Had to move the magic pot first to get in there. Got my medal!

Then got my prize!

Still can't figure out this room...but if you put down a block, the item moves to the top corner!

Any way to get to the lockblock here?

wK5DKP2.png

Rocks to the left are solid and box moves only one space. Apparently, arrow boxes point to staircase guarded by Moldorm, but after killing beastie the fence blocking stairs didn`t disappear. I can`t afford boomerang. I am hoping that bad karma flippers aren`t required here...

The path will open up later for you once you visit Brace Dest. There will also be another key near the entrance. Flippers are not needed.

Thanks. I thought those ice blocks require star switch to take down, not just pushable across those paved roads.

So in my playthrough, I've been reading through the posts and watched some YTs video about how to go about some things that have stumped me throughout the quest.  But now I really am stuck from here on, and I'm gonna need to ask for help on the following:

  • In the Truth dungeon, I've been able to find four of the five keys, but I cannot find the last one. [Despite the workaround I found for this later on, it'd still be nice to know.]
  • I've completed Soltis, but I still could not find the Champion's Medal.  Found it, nevermind.
  • The first room of (Final)^4 Level.  A second playthrough (bad karma) of Soltis on a new file helped me solve this.

Since I have Mr. Mega and the True Champion's Medal, I guess the only things left to do are whatever the mysteries of the "Soul Game Box" and the "Key on the Beach" are.

Oh god, the logic/solution behind that Soul Game Box puzzle was so weird, it actually turned out to be kinda funny!  There really wasn't much left to do after getting the True Medal, was there?

If you have the True Champions Medal, and the Key on the Beach, then you can go to the library on Soltis for the ultimate weapon. And no, it's not the gold rupee...

Also, in case I didn't mention, this game now has a TVTropes page!

Im stuck in the 'color maze' in soltis with the 4 doors on either side. The left and right doors loop and the top door requires moving 4 eye statues on to specific tiles but then once thats open it loops also. The the hint block in the room says "Mirror rorriM, Direction noitceriD" with 4 colored tiles on the bottom. The left 2 seem to be blue no matter what, the 3rd from the left is blue until you hit it with the stardust rod, then it turns orange, and the last one on the right is green.

My initial thought was the color of these 4 tiles were clues as to order of the doors to pass through with the directions corresponding with the positions on similar tiles found on the 2nd floor, but seeing how every seemingly logical solution yields no result i'm beginning to suspect that there may be more to this maze than I can see.

Any hints, insight or other guidance would be tremendously appreciated.

You're right about the colors representing directions - there's a room elsewhere in Soltis that has them in a diamond, showing what direction they correspond to. But there's two extra layers involved here. First, you have to use the Stardust Scepter, which will show that some of the tiles are actually a different color than they appear. Second, you have to notice that two of those colors are in front of mirrors, and figure out what that means.

You're almost there, by the way. The puzzle in the next room over is the last really challenging puzzle in Soltis (although be warned, it's really tricky). You're almost done.

Ah, I didn't take the mirrors themselves into account. I knew there was something else I was missing.

If there's one thing I like about this quest, it's the mysteries and makes you think outside the box.

I've never been in soltis, but that's the charm, deciding for yourself what to do and everything you do impacts everything. Kind of like Skyrim and Fallout NV

Still in Soltis, I got the big key and used it on the big chest for another key. After doing another sweep through all of the rooms on all 5 floors I can't find any indication of how to progress. Is there a hidden room I didn't find? Does it have something to do with that "skull room" south of the color maze? I've heard there an identical room to it but I have yet to see it. I feel like i'm missing something very obvious...

Look at the floors of some of the rooms a little more carefully and think about how you solved the maze path.
