Well, i barely started level 5 but can't find a way to get out of the entrance area. I feel I need to do something to help my rod or maybe get another arrow that's stronger

 

I've gone very deep in Turtle Rock, just found boss key....but still blocked off by the switches and i already flipped the brown color switch. I think I might need to find another one that will lower the blocks blocking the boss door....oh and I might need to find another key which might be somewhere I overlooked.

Yes, you need to finish Turtle Rock first, because this will lead you to a place you need to use your rod on, after that, more of Level 5 will be open for further exploration

It looks like you're missing either switch 6 or 7. I provided this map on way earlier in the thread, putting it here for quick convenience.

Is that the only part of Turtle Rock you've been to and did you see the map above? It is a rather open-ended mini dungeon.

 

A slightly more detailed description of the entrance locations is:

 

Main (1st entrance to complete) - Use the Timeshift Serenade to warp to the Northern Plain. Then, swim in the water and go south of West Shrine. Take the ladder down and around present day Turtle Rock and use the Temporal Tune on the portal there. Alternatively, all entrances lead to here.

Back Entrance (do this second)- Get to this one by diving in the turtle's back in present time. When you arrive in the Great Caves from diving, go right as far as you can to the portal.

Eye Entrance (do this whenever, before first if you want to) - This one appears to be the one you completed.

Petrified Forest Entrance - Enter Gly'cov Woods and locate the time portal. When you arrive in Petrified Forest, make your way west to the final entrance. Make sure to tap switch #5 before you come here and have one key.

You don't really have to have that song, it just is a fast way to travel and was a way to describe the location.

 

Just simply swim south of West Shrine and you'll find that entrance.

alright i got another key at turtle rock and i found a temporal tune and i ended up in the fairy dungeon and there is this glowing ball thing and i can't touch it and none of my items do anything to is  

to it

I wonder how do you get to the enchanted treasure chest outside of Turtle Rock?  That one has been stumping me for a while now.

Ok I just made it to Death Mountain and that was kinda tough getting there in the Past. I been up here for quite some time and I cant seem what to do next. I hit the switch inside the cave and also I spotted a Green Zol on a tall piller and found a non reachable dungeon in the Past. Now the Present I was only allowed to go into one cave with the Goron and that was it because there was a body of water and I cant cross without some flippers. Any possible suggestions what should I do next? I did as much as I could with the Harp and found lots of Heart Pieces but no connection of how to get further in Death Mountain. Please and thank you.

In the cave you found the goron, listen to what he says… "Nice hiding spot, but this chest has been empty for years."

 

Switch to the other time zone by going one screen east, and bomb the same spot.

I wonder how do you get to the enchanted treasure chest outside of Turtle Rock?  That one has been stumping me for a while now.

 

There are three caves in the Swamp area (Present); two of which are hidden, and only one of which can be reached from the Swamp's main entrances. Note that none of these have anything to do with Level 1. You'll need multiple items to get to them all, one of which is the third song. At the end of this cave system lies the Enchanted Ches; I'll leave it up to you to find out the rest.

Below is a more detailed walkthrough; read it at your own risk.

One of the secret caverns is under a petrified flower in the bottom-right corner of the swamp area. At the end of it you'll find a switch to lower some nearby blocks. To reach the two others, you need to use the third song to warp to the raised platform just west of the Enchanted Chest in question, then go through a short cave. Alternatively, you can use the first warp you ever used in the game (the one behind the bridge in the Northern Fields), go northeast until you reach a hole, jump over said hole as if you were going towards the secret part of Turtle Rock. However, Don't go down the ladder. Instead, go further east until you bump into the wall, then use the third song there You should spawn inside a rock; a bit of wriggling later leaves you on your end destination. One way or another, you'll end up in an isolated area in the west side of the swamp. In here there are two caves, one obvious one and one hidden by a non-distinct bombable wall (use the Lens of Truth), along with a diving spot which leads to the intended entry point of this place. First go through the bombable one. Again you'll find a switch at the end of it, much like the one for which you needed the Pegasus boots. Finally, go through the obvious one one screen north of the bombable one. With the two rows of coloured blocks now out of the way, you can reach the exit on the other side, which leads to the Enchanted Chest near Turtle Rock.

Ok, that is the end of Turtle Rock. You need to destroy that with the Unaspected Rod. To get the rod, use your raft to take the dock south of Gly'cov Village and take the west route as soon as you can. You'll reach Tepidus Isle and one of the townspeople there will explain why you were exploring Turtle Rock in the first place.
