Sorry for asking for help yet again, but I don't know how to get into Soltis. I can't do anything in the first screen.

 

But I've found other stuff, including a new dungeon where I ran into ending 2 (oops xD). What do I need for Soltis?

You need an item gained in Brace Dest, attainable with two items from Truth.

I'm stuck here! Brace Dest 2F 1st room. I don't know how to get passed the block. I watched Eppy's video where he got to this room and there was no block. What am I doing wrong?

 

I tried to post an image of the room, but got an error message saying I couln't post that extension.

I don't know about your in-game issue, but PureZC doesn't allow posting of attachments. You'd need to upload it somewhere like Photobucket and then link to its location using the img tags.

Old Man: I fixed that room so you can no longer break it. You can get through it by bringing the Bow to that room and shooting the eye statue.

 

If you don't have the items necessary to progress just yet, you can go find another dungeon in the South-West of Winterfall Path.

Okay... I was just about to post asking for a clue to the soul box puzzle, but I just solved it XD. May I give a clue to what I think was the solution? Edit: Also, I am stuck on a puzzle inside this "minidungeon". There is a maze to the left where a statue and a painting are always moving. The eye points down when it is on the left, but blank when on the right. What do I do?

Solved it. That eye was poiting to a clue...

 

Also, could you explain exactly how the soul box puzzle worked?

Again, I figured out how it worked. I can't believe how simple it was! You are a genius for coming up with that!

 

EDIT: I figured it out! I just got the cane of the goddess, and beat the game! For those wondering what is wrong with the gold rupee in the library, Try to remember what you could do to certain walls in soltis...

Hey Arceus,

 

Congrats on finding it out! Glad you (seemingly) found it worthwhile afterwards! It's definitely not obvious until you see it but so far those who have solved it have generally been okay with the logic behind it. Still nothing I'll really change.

 

 

 

Speaking of changes, for those holding out for the new update with the alternate way to solve the Soul Box maze (and other updatey things), I have definitely not been able to be prompt in its release. The new semester started this week and on Day 3 I'm already swamped with things to do, but I'm still working on it and will hopefully get it out at some point.

 

Whenever that finally gets finished, I'll hopefully return to work on Lost Lineage.

Feel free. Always good to have players talking with each other anyway, and it reminds me of some teaching methods I use (getting students to generate dialogue for a more active learning environment).

Try going to brace dest. On the 2nd floor, there will be a room that has a pit and a fireball shooter, and a switch in between 2 walls. use the mirror shield to reflect the fireball into the switch, Then go across the pit for the Fire boomerang (Level 4 boomerang). Or, you could explore floor 1 a bit more with the hover boots for something even more awesome...
