um how embarising didint find the wistle yet lol face palm but found lvl 7 and it just as bad as lvl 8 and still hunting down lvl 3 sword and longbow.

 

 

 

 

 

edit: btw is there a shop that sells super bombs?

The whistle is in level 6, the Medium Quiver isn't the only item in that level.  Level 3 also had 2 items(Small Quiver and Red Candle.

In fact, level 8 and up start having 2 or more items more consistently, so I would search all the rooms.

 

But yeah, you do NOT wanna miss the whistle.  So go and get it before doing anything else.

It's on the left near the top.  Everything in Level 6 is protected by a Gohma, even the map and compass.

Bomb the wall to find the Secret Level's entrance.  Though, it is EXTREMELY fucking hard.  May want to complete levels 11 and 12 first.

LEVEL SIX LOCATION!! 

hi lukaz... from the door of level 4 walk to the right five screen.. burn that big green bush that's level six (may need re candle)

quest is no to hard...!

Level 7 may be better to complete first, since its item is the Red Ring.  Only disadvantage is you can't get the Long Bow before the Whistle in Level 6.

bought hookshot, but can't select it. also can't enter what I assume may be a level on bottom NW of map.

to select and use any item from you inventory,, you need to have somenthing next to it or on top,, for the hookshot you need to get the bait or the wand or a bomb on top (I think red) - level one you can enter with no restrictions,,, if you can not,  is a bug,, may need to change player....

Via the subscreen, or via the R/L buttons?  You should be able to select it via the subscreen no matter what is in your inventory.  The customized subscreen does seem to have bugged out the R/L function, but normal subscreen selection should work fine.

 

Seems this is more of a problem than we thought in Beta Testing, I'll see if I can fix it.

Also, if it's this screen:

Burn a tree in the lower right corner of that screen to find the REAL entrance.  Level 2 hints at this screen having a false entrance.

Thanks.  Haven't found level 2 yet, so missed the hint...sorry. In level 2 now.
