Man I forgot, I'd have to replay it myself but I'm busy

Just made an update to the quest. Added new castle tiles for Hyrule Castle since the original ones were ugly, and added text boxes to the dialogue to make things easier to read.

Um, yeah, but... the quest file seems to be the same.  Granted, I'm in the Forest Temple, so I can't see the other places right now, but I still only start with 3/9 hearts after death.  What happened to the 75%-health thing you were talking about earlier?     

 

Edit:  Okay, now I need help.  I'm stuck in the Forest Temple without the Boss Key.  I found a walk-through wall leading to a room with 3 vires, a pool of swimmable water, and 4 blocks.  I beat the vires and got nothing.  I tried pushing on the blocks from all 4 directions each; nothing moved.  I tried diving in every combo of the pool of water; found nothing.

 

Is there some glitch?  (I'm playing this in full version 2.50, BTW.)  Where is the Boss Key???

 

Edit 2:  Nevermind.  I forgot that you use the dungeon's item (ocarina) in that room to lower the water.

I'm replaying this quest. When I got to the chest in the right "tower" it was empty. Has the amulet been moved? If so, where is it?

Oh snap, I must've put the new flags over the original one by accident. xD

I'm pretty sure the starting HP should work, as I just went and tested it earlier using a cheat. Did you download the most recent version?

You should be able to tell with the new Hyrule Castle tiles and dialogue boxes over text. Not too much else happened ever since I brought the quest over to 2.5 besides what was already listed in the description.

If someone started their game with the older questfile and then download the newer questfile, they would still have the same starting health rules from the first questfile. The change doesn't apply until you start over as a player. Just wanted to mention this

In the room on the farthest southeast end you can bomb the southern wall and solve a block puzzle for a key.

hi spelunker,, this quest looks the same to me,, one X on the floor means a walk trough wall, other one are bombables

going by memory , think you need a super bomb to open the bonus dungeon, think there's a shop around cemetery for this.....................mmm long time memories

Found a bug. I opened this cave and there was nothing in it. When you leave, you re-spawn in the sky.

Fixed, I also went and put in custom tiles for Ganon's Castle just for the heck of it. If you could, I'd wait until you finish the quest before I update it again just so I don't drive the staff crazy. xD

I just finished this quest for the third time. It had been a while since I played it so I dug it out. I'd say it is probably one of my favorites. It's not too difficult, had the right amount of challenge and the layout is consistent.
