Well, I guess I found the third CoT. Not that I can do anything there yet, mind you; there's an Invisible Plot Wall in the way. Meh, at least now I know what's in that stupid bulilding.

Also, just to get this out of the way before I waste money due to experimenting: I'm assuming you can only carry one Enchanted Key at a time?

Wat do?

EDIT: Oh wait there was that place I didn't go back to on the left herpaderp nevermind

Well, thanks for all your help guys. Finally beaten level 5! Although that boss was a fireball dodging frenzy!

Allow me to share my secret money grinding spot for those of you who need cash for potions.

Go into level 1, and through the tele porter. Then go one screen left, and one screen down. Kill the ropes. Then f6, and repeat. You'll have 500 rupees in no time!

So... After a bit of random exploring, I stumbled upon Level 8 before finishing off Level 7. Go, sequence breaking? :P. Also, those moth-type enemies are evil, evil, I tell you!

EDIT: Bug report - On floor 6 of the tower, in the room with the stairs leading up, there are these sparkly pits which normally alow you to fall to the room below. Instead, they lead to a glitch Item Room (as in: one of those things where just about every Dungeon Item was hidden in in the original game.) Now if you just leave the room from the top, nothing bad happens. But if you leave said room to the left... This happens

Also, I just had an interesting idea. I'm going to try something... Another update fill follow in a minute.

EDIT 2: Aww... I tried to warp to the room to the right. Sadly, this just gets you stuck in a wall.

With the boots, you can dash through those petrified flowers and mushrooms. This should allow you to reach a new part of the dungeon in the eastern half of the Present version. Note also that one key is in a secret passage hidden under a petrified plant or mushroom somewhere in the Present version. Due to how the game is programmed, you are not clued into this with the "here is a key" jingle.

And with that, level 8 is beaten (even though level 7 is not XD). Stupid Moth Wizzrobes, stupid teleporters...

NOTE: As far as the warp system goes; the game only cares about how many Aurora Stones you have collected, not which ones. In other words, I just got the warps that are related to level 7, even though I didn't finish that level yet.

You're likely missing one of these two keys:

One key is hidden in a secret passage under a petrified mushroom. There's no key jingle in the room with the mushroom itself though.

Another one is hidden in a secret room behind a bombable wall. Although there will be no marking in one era, the passage will already be open in the other. Compare the two maps until you find it. Hint: the passage is only one room away from a Time Gate.

As for that pillar key; that one's gotten later.

I just finished level 8 myself, and I feel like I'm missing a lot of stuff. What's with that Ultimate Challenge place? How do I get in? Just how much optional content is there, it feels like I'm in the endgame but there's so many suspicious places I can't do anything in yet, such as that room under level 7 that you can peek in from the beginning of the game. I still don't have that card to make Dhana sell better stuff. When can I help Doctor Left and Doctor Right?

@jwex001:

See if this helps you on the boss. :)

For Level 8, the moths are killed in one hit by fire, should make it easier. Gonna be late to work if I answer more, but I'll help you guys when I get back!

As for the Ultimate Challenge, you have to take an alternate route to get to it. See that western branch in the path you originally used to enter Gly'cov Village (Past)? That leads to the Ultimate Challenge. You need to press a few hidden switches here and there in order to complete it though, and need the Floatation Ring from Turtle Rock (beat the boss at the secret entrance, then open the previously sealed chest). Search in the Training Grounds and the Ocean (Present).

As for Left and Right; you should be able to complete that sidequest as soon as you have the Harp. Obderhode has posted a walkthrough for it a short while ago.

On an unrelated sidenote: the remix of Skullman's stage theme that plays in the ocean is still amazing :D

EDIT: Inconsistency found. In Snowfall Village (the frozen Goron city), one of the Gorons allows you to train your hammer skills. If you say yes, he'll tell you to "go downstairs." The problem, the stairs in the back of his room lead up.. Not a big problem, just a minor detail.

I take it you are in level 4?

Here's another hint for you. Have you made it to the room with the Lanmola (http://cdn.wikimg.ne...Red_Lanmola.png)

in?  Notice in the bottom left corner of the room is a one way door. That door is not there in the other timezone… bring out the bombs!

That should also solve your key problem!

Welp, I just got a gamebreaker... the Staff of Nayru, AKA Nayru's Love! :D Now, I don't know what the exact requirements are for it, butyou'll at least need the Hammer and the Aurora [Magical] Sword to even get to the room, plus the Lens of Truth to know where to look/what to do. Knowing this game, however, there's probably something more to it.

EDIT: ...Apparently I managed to enter yet another cave from the wrong direction. What I think you're supposed to do is get the third song, play that at a specific dead end in the Past to warp to the "roof" of the Fairy Caves in the Present. The switch that I triggered with the Aurora Sword's sword beam from a distance is supposed to be triggered more manually. Honestly though, I love it when you can solve a puzzle in multiple ways, even if one of the two ways is a bit glitchy.

Either way, that marks three Great Fairies for me. I have Half Magic Cost, Ice Seeds and now the Staff of Nayru. Is that all?

Also, does anyone know how to get to that golden chest just outside Turtle Rock (present)? I seem to remember getting to it somehow, but I forget how >_>
