You do realize hookshot grabs and stuns the two heads on the side, right? That makes things significantly easier. If you can't dodge, just stun them. As for the central head, during the first phase, it telegraphs its attacks with its tail. When the tail starts wagging fast, it's gonna ram you. In the second phase... yeah, good luck with the feints.

The problem is that i have no control on what the heads do. Just they attack whenever they feel like it. If there was something i could do to force them to attack, but apparently there's none.

 

This boss has the same exact issue i have with Tartaros: depending on your current position certain attacks will hit you regardless if you try to get out of the way. I don't know about you, but to me that's atrocious game design.

 

 

 

Edit: Lowered the difficulty to Standard and killed it. Now i feel like a pussy.

I feel I'm generally good at playing games, but I'll admit that I find many of these bosses quite difficult to beat without pause buffering. This is actually a thing I overlooked when I played Isle of Rebirth because I paused buffered in that quest a lot as well. Though I've said before, I'm not entirely sure if this is in Evan's design or just my reaction time is slower than I originally thought, so I refused to dwell on that one. 

 

It only came to my attention when James criticized Dimentio once for pause buffering and I realized that pause buffering really shouldn't be a part of gameplay. But agian, I dunno if I can blame that on design or my own reaction time.

Okay then. Can you beat Oslov after you beat the last guardian? Is this another Venser level 9 shtick?

You can beat him, yes, though you don't get his staff or anything. You'll just get a marker on your subscreen to show that yes, you did beat him, as well as slightly different dialogue. You can leave the room after beating Hauntrock, heal, and come back in before picking up the key and fighting Oslov if you want to try it.

What type of marker and where? Apparently i only mannaged to survive him because he just stopped fighting and i still had half my health.

It's a little cloud of Miasma at the upper right of your active subscreen.

Oh, then i got it. Dissapointing fight to be honest. Level 9 Venser is much, much harder. But i guess Oslov isn't supposed be as difficult as Venser.

 

 

Edit. I can't find the fourth tablet. Also can't find the last life upgrade.

The fourth tablet requires you to complete a series of sidequests. Have you met the researcher? He first shows up in Nightwood Shades, then in the volcanic area, then finally in the Solot town, and asks for a different rare item each time. After the third one, he'll give you the lightning tablet. As for the health upgrade, I dunno which one you're missing.

Forgot to edit that i got the fourth tablet and beat the boss. I'm missing two life upgrades and have no clue where they are.

 

I'm also missing two feathers.

I even found all 20 feathers before i found the life upgrades.

I Just started play Umber Cloud but i couldn't get the music to work

Did you download the music pack from the quest description? That had to be downloaded separately. That music can go either in the same folder as ZC OR in the same folder as the quest file. Then it should work.
