I have told you via PM! But in the meantime, I'm stuck in a room with a 2x2 transparent Ice Block. A shutter closed behind me, there's an ice block below me, pots above me, and a room-divider to my right, just two combos in. I'm on ice, and there's two dark darknuts to my right along with a green wall bouncer. Knight Statues and ice are in the room.

So what's the item that destroys this ice, anyway?

Exasperated. That may be a bug, I thought that door was supposed to be a passage, not a shutter.

 

Edit: Confirmed. I'll upload a fix. Bah.

 

Frustrated. Just when you think you've tested things pretty thoroughly...

I also just used the hammer on the Boomerang Gray Darknuts in the Ice Palace, and they turned into Blue Goriyas. I feel bad.

Got the Fire Rod though, at least! No more Dungeon on the rocks for meee...

Those are actually just armored Goriyas, whom you have just made into ordinary naked Goriyas. In a dungeon that is a freezer. Dispatching them quickly is a kindness compared to freezing to death.

Alsoly, .. um, .. or additionally, whichever, is the area of Dark Death Mountain supposed to not have a map available via space bar?

Just finished level 6. On the hunt for the 7th. I probably need to head to that desert, don't I. Looking for heavy blocks to push.

Hi Shadow, nice talking to ya. I'm replaying this quest one more time,,, weird thing  I forgot the flippers location  any help? you are a little ahead , but may remember,, thanks

The flippers are:

Light World. Lost Woods. Have the L2 Sword and at least one bomb. When you enter, just go straight east. Use the L2 Sword on the round Crystal, and then just head Northeast. It's its own area, really. I thought it would be harder to get, and later in the game.

Thanks! I went a bit further than I had expected to go in three hours, and yay I beat the quest! Very brilliant.

Question though. What is the lower-left item in the lower left inventory pane, to the left of the two medallions? I don't have it.

Ive just started this quest, and wanted to let you know my progress.

 

Ive got the master sword, and am now in the Dark World.

 

To all extent and purposes, Ive finished level 1… Just can't beat the boss of that level. The beams keep hitting me as Im charging up.

 

Went ahead and completed level 2… the waterbed temple. Nice design btw… Loved it!

 

Now done some looking around, and have found level 4, the caldera shrine. Although Im thinking I should find level 3 before attempting this. Can someone point me in the right direction?

 

I have 9 heart containers, and am desperate to find more heart pieces and a blue ring. Any hints?

The blue ring is in Level 3. The skull woods should be in the same place in the dark world as the lost woods are in the light world.

Need the hammer for admission… No hammer, no access. Unless there's a portal in the lost woods somewhere?

There's an orange bush you can burn northeast'ish of that whirlpool near the lost woods. It has a portal under it.
