Hello Country4x4. I think you have to supply a bit more information. What have you found (keys, boss key arrow, bow, nothing?) in other words what do you need to proceed. And don't call yourself stupid just because you got stuck in this game. If it were easy it would not have been a help thread of close to 2000 posts full of people in trouble.

Yeah, I am not sure the exact point where you are at. But when you fell down that hole, proceed and go to floor B3. There, use your boomerang to hit the skull statues. You will end up getting the Big Key. Once you do that, all of the ways should start opening up. Let me know if you have any troubles when you do that.

Nope...I'm still struggling...and going crazy. I don't have the bow, arrow or anything. This is a great game and I'm having fun but feeling a bit stupid right now. I'm going in eternal circles. Great...I'm dead again and standing back at the log from the Lost Woods and scratching my head. I'm sure that when it gets through my think noggin' that it will all make sense.

Back I go in circles again ... l@@king! icon_wacky.gif

EDIT: Close to closing file now. I'm thinking of throwing in the towel. I've wondered through B1 and died so much that I'm frustrated.

Yeah, again, I am not sure where you are at. You can't get the bow and arrow until after the big key. You said that you are in B1. And once you go up, you will get a key (the the pots) for the key lock, and it will take you to B2. Have you reached B2 at all?

Believe it or not . . . I've never been off of B1. On top of everything else, I'm 2 years behind everyone that has played this already! LOL

I flew through Level 1 but Level 2 has thrown me a curve ball for sure.

I've moved the statue outside, dropped down the hole, worked my way around and up. Went down the long hall way with the wooden table in it. There's 2 guards that catch me and throw me in jail. I come out, work my way around the blocks and not opening the door (because I have no key for it), go down one and there is a skull in the upper left corner on what looks like a switch. I've hit that skull with the boomerang and sword a million times. Nothing happens. The chest in that room had a key, but I used it somewhere. Then straight across, up the stairs, outside, down the ladder, and back around. The whole process starts again. Feels like "Groundhog Day"...over...and over...and over.

I have a Big "L" on my forehead right now. LOL

You sure are patient with me on this ...

Okay, after you fall down the hole where you trapped the two guards with the blocks. Go one screen right and one screen up. This is the hallway with the table, I think you are talking about. Instead of going right and getting caught by the guards, go up. The next screen has a key block, to open that, get a key that is one screen left and one screen up from that in the pots. After putting it in the key block, it will lead to the B2.

That should help you out.

I decided to give this game a new try, this time with another version of 2.11 (the lost isle build). And at least I got further than with the latest 2.11 build. When I entered Blazing Inferno this time the game didn't freeze completely. But before I could enter it sounded like I was getting hit a few times and there was no cut scene that you said it would be so something does not work right.

Anyway I can't figure out any of the block puzzles on B1 in Blazing Inferno. I do "solve" them enough to get the solved-sound but the path is still blocked. The one down to the left is bothering me more because I managed to walk through the lava in the upper part to get a key and eventually the better boomerang so I don't think I have anything more to get there.

You're hearing Link hit a Blue Bubble & Blue Item Bubble. There's a part of the dungeon where you can't use your sword or items, so if you save there and go back to the entrance you'll get un-jinxed.

With the block puzzles you want to push the block closest to the shutters last, so you have enough time to move the block and immediately run to the shutters that are down.

I'm replaying this quest for the heck of it, and once again, I'm in level 2 and cannot get to the bow. So far, I have the arrow and the boss key.

IPB Image
This is the screen I'm stuck on.

IPB Image
I'm aware that there is a key in the vines on this screen.

However, I have no idea how to get to that screen, as the only path I can see is blocked by Moblins that send me to jail. My only other option seems to be the hedge maze that leads to the Aquamentus, that I assume you have to kill with the arrow.

Help is appreciated.

You don't necessarily need the arrow... can you find a switch in the top portion of the screen (may be hidden)?

EDIT: Oh, sorry! Yeah, I meant the Aquamentus screen.

No.. I don't see a switch in the shot I posted. icon_unsettled.gif (The one I'm stuck on, rather)

Edit: Nevermind. I found the switch under the bush and killed the Aquamentus. Proceeding.

ZC 2.10.2 doesn't work for me anymore, so I don't have access to my old save file to look this up for you. From memory, try looking for a cactus you can burn (prob red) fairly close to the second screenshot you posted. You can't get across that chasm until later in the level. Same thing for the chest.

I am in Rorriow Temple and I am stuck near the beginning. I think I've explored every room I can including that tough puzzle in the basement near the beginning. I am trying to go through some rooms near the north end of the first floor but when I enter it sucks the life out of me and I can't exit and automatically die. Any help would be appreciated.
