Yes, all main bosses are custom.

If you're interested in that cave, cut the flowers/bushes (hard to remember) left of the entrance. There, fall down a hole.

Anyway, to follow the main quest, assuming you got the key from Donmore (It's hard not to ) go to the east until you find a lock block and a boulder. There you'll go to the Moblin Forest.

I've been in the cave, but I can't get past one room. You walk in, and you're immediately blocked on the site by pits, and in the front by blocks.

You speak about Vola cave? You need to drop down from a pit that is under a bush which is part of a big bush area, near the cave entrance somewhere. Simple "go this way, unblock that way".

Say, what WAS the Cucco Book? I'm going to guess that it was a scripted and modified Blue Candle. Am I correct?

Oops. I've never ACTUALLY played the Legend of Zelda, save the first 3 dungeons on my ZeldaClassic, so I didn't know how bait actually worked. It makes more sense now that I've tried it.

EDIT: How do I get to the guy's prize, or the windmill?

Just to let you know LostInHyru1e, The Cucco Book side quest can't be completed until you get the flippers which is after level 6. If you do have the flippers, you have to take the cucco book to the first house where the raft route from Palm Village was, they will take you to go to the white house north of there. Once you are there (which is where you are I think), you have to go to the windmill south west of there with the hookshot.

You think I'm further than I am. I've only beaten one Level, just reached the mainland in Hyrule, and got the Cucoo Book from Vola Cave and given it to the little boy. The people of Lona Lona Ranch tell me I should go and get the Song of Storms from the Windmill.

What am I supposed to do now? I've been wandering for a while, but I can't seem to find my way anywhere good.

EDIT: I seem to have neglected trying to go East at the start, and now I'm on Death Mountain, which I couldn't find before. When will I get to enter the Citadel?

EDIT AGAIN: 'Spoke too soon. Turns out I can't climb Death Mountain. Is the White Sword available to me now?

No man, you've got a ways to go. You need to talk to Donmore in the Forest, he will tell you where to go next (if you haven't already after level 1). Anytime you beat a level, go to the nearest place that donmore is located and he will tell you what to do next.

The first cucco book goes to the white house that is one screen north of the dock from palm island. The windmill can't be reached until after level 6. If you have the ocarina, hit the "Link statues" and play it...you have to beat all three eventually (well you don't have to, but the game becomes incredibly hard if you do not obtain the three items eventually).

Also, there is an "MS paint edition" of a level map that Shoelace made a long while back. Do a search for level map or something like that....it's somewhere in the first 10 pages I believe. That, if nothing else, will show you the way.

^You have to go to the Forest. That is where Level 2 is. Mr. Robin should have given you a key and said to meet Donmore in the Forest. So if you don't have the key from him, you may have to return to Palm Villa, You probably walked right by the key if that was the case as He gives it to you right when you wake up from the dream.

I just got to the Forest, and got the key from Donmore, and I wandered a bit but I have to stop playing now. Hero of Dreams is awesome. I'd like to dream about making a quest half as good...

Well you can't....because Shoelace is GOD of Zelda Classic...you don't think your better than god....do you? hahaha....j/p
