I am planning to make Hero of Dreams for 2.5 when it is finally released. I worked on it a bunch also. Also, the game's strings would have been worked also. The person that was helping me with that, disappeared; Ireclan. Hopefully he is okay, and returns to PureZC. icon_frown.gif

I'm still waiting forward it. As for strings, just be sure to change "secert" to "secret"...
Anyway, will it be just a "little fix" version, or you take advantage of the might of 2.5? FFCs, new items, roomstate carry overs, custom enemies? With the increased number of DMaps, you even could make those beds usable: I know you mentioned that originally the player could have slept in beds to live the dreams of the owners of beds...

Finally, this bothered me a long time ago... Fulton... Why Fulton? Why is this the name of the city is Fulton? As far as I remember, this name exists in reality, too... You have some realtions to it?

Basically it will be the same game. I don't want to remake it completely because it would take too long and I want to focus most of my time on EotM. So I don't think there will be any new items or custom enemies and I won't use the beds usable, sorry. Basically, a while back, I promised an easy version and that is what I want to make. An easy version plus a few new things like maybe an extra level for the vertains. I may add one more thing, but you will find out about that at the Expo. icon_razz.gif

TriMaster001, I'll think about that offer thanks. But what would you be able to help me with, the strings?

Well, back to the n00b-helping.

Are there any shops that sell level 2 shields acessible after beating Fort Wolfblin? My first one got eaten by a like-like, and I don't want to have to fight the Frodo's Hide Manhandla without one. icon_augh.gif

Doesn't the shop on Palm Island sell one? And, the Level 2 shield won't block the fireballs that the Manhandla shoots.

So, time for me to point and laugh at you.

That's not very nice. A fast way to kill a manhandla is to blow it away with a bomb. See if that can help you.

You can go back to Palm? I'll try that. Thanks.

Basically it will be the same game except Link will be in a pink spandex jumpsuit, all the octoroks will look like Dick Cheney, and Ganon is now your father, enjoy!

Hello!

I don't really know how to download quests. I downloaded Hero of Dreams a while, and put it on my Desktop, then fetched it through ZeldaClassic in my Desktop and played it. I loved it. But then, when I exited, it told me it couldn't find it because it was on my desktop.

I've had this happen with other demos and things, but most were unpassworded, so I could get inside, "save as..." and make it in 2.10, and then play it from there. Since Hero of Dreams is passworded, how would I be able to download it so I could play it? How do I move it from the "Finished downloading!" page into ZC2.10?

Hi there. Hmm... I never heard of that probelm. Make sure that you are playing the game in 2.10 version of Zelda Classic and that the quest is in the same folder as the Zelda Classic program itself. I can't gave out my password for personal reasons, but hopefully that works for you.

The point was that it wasn't in the same folder as ZC. I don't know how to get it into that folder.

Drag the quest into the same folder. Locate the folder in the computer (it depends where you put it), copy and paste Hero of Dreams into the folder. I am not sure if I understand if not as I don't have that much info on the question. icon_frown.gif

I didn't know how to open it, but I finally figured it out! I didn't know how to "Extract All Files", but I figured that out and extracted it straight to ZC, and it works!

I just beat the First Dungeon and got to Hyrule Field. I'm stuck wandering in Hyrule Field, I can't find my way. I got into a cave, but I couldn't get far in it. Where should I go?

BTW, are all the main bosses custom?
