Now that this quest has been bug fixed, it is playable at last. The only problem with this quest, despite having a lot of potential with its time travel story, doesn't offer much to the table. My primary gripe besides the lack of design in the overworld are the enemies. Yep, Magic Octoroks are fought as early as Level 1. If you're looking for a quest by the same creator, as mentioned in a couple reviews, try A Link to the Shadows instead. It fixes the problems this quest had, and is enjoyable.
I think I'll give this 2/5 - while it's greatly flawed, it had a lot of potential.

"This is my first quest. I used a dungeon basis for it, and it can get a little hard at times.
Since PZC staff still won't allow tileset submissions, I included the tileset with this."
This was my original description, almost 13 years ago. Fascinating to think of how much has changed.

This quest is beatable now!
Unfortunately, it's still not very good, but it's good enough to get a grand total of Two Whole Stars!!!! Bland screen design (the overworld is mostly completely empty), bland dungeons with tons of empty rooms, weirdly incoherent secrets, the combat is mostly non-existent or pointless or stupidly hard. The final level has a cool weirdly open structure, though, and some of the secrets in Level 2 were clever. I like the idea of revisiting one level through a secret path from another, too.
Ironically, I think the worst thing about this quest is that it's actually disappointingly short. I know, I shouldn't be wanting more, etc., but it's just unsatisfying to beat.
In conclusion, this was a quest made by a 12-year-old, and A Link to the Shadows is a lot better
