Overworld is a bit too big and lacking a bit in terms of enemies and design. The dungeons I played were a bit of a mixed bag. A bit too many fireball shooters around without a Magic Shield available to purchase. Level 2 was also bit too large and it was tedious to have to backtrack constantly to get Bombs since the bombable secrets don't stay permanent. The numerous maze paths got annoying to have to remember with so many being within one level. Then there were two Patras I had to fight with Wooden Sword with Stab, Green Tunic, 6 hearts and no Potions.
As of now I've only completed 3 levels and am switching to something else. I'll update the review if I change the rating.

This is my first quest and it took me several years to complete. I was heavily inspired by the Oracle of Ages / Seasons for this game.
The game features two complete overworlds (one in past and present) as well as several connecting areas. There are 9 main dungeons each with its own unique theme as well as 3 optional, but recommended, dungeons known as the Dungeons of Trials. There are numerous secrets in the game.

I definitely don't get the low ratings some people gave, I for one thought this game was amazing. It's extremely well thought out and you can tell the questmaker put quite a lot of time, effort and brains into it. I highly recommend having a pen and paper nearby to write down things that you come across as it does get kind of confusing sometimes. I should add that this game is quite long, I put a good amount of time into it, but it never got boring or tedious. All in all, though, this game ranks right up there with the best. Awesome job, Twinblake, two thumbs up

You do updates on this quest so I will make a comment in the hopes that it will change it for the better. Like Air Luigi I feel that this quest is rather empty. The town is much too simplistic and so is the swamp. The training area could use a few improvements as well. As for the rest of the game, make all of the areas and dungeons more decorated and nicer to look at. Consider making the overworld more interconnected as well, rather than linear. I do admire the fact that you used the concept of time travel and actually bothered to make better dungeon maps. It is nice to be able to tell how much you have explored and how much you have left on the exact same map. That should be done way more often. You say that this quest took several years to complete, so that is all the more reason you should make the improvements I mentioned above in you next update. Don't throw your hard work away.
