~This is a Demo for The Legend of Zelda: The River of Destiny~
Developed in Zelda Classic by Michael Juliano Thank you for downloading the Demo version of The Legend of Zelda: The River of Destiny. This is a story driven quest developed for ZC 2.5 using a modified Pure Tileset. This Demo covers the prologue and first mini-dungeon of the game, and allows some exploration of the first overworld. It also showcases some highlights of the quest, such as custom map screens, empty bottles, sidequests, and a diving suit that allows for underwater exploration. The story is deep and complex, and the demo showcases just enough to whet the appetite. The ancient world of Hyrule lies in ruins under the depths of the Great Sea. The population of the isles of the sea have discovered a new land and dubbed it New Hyrule. Princess Zelda and the Chancellor of new Hyrule have commissioned an expedition to the Great Sea to recover many of the legendary relics that have been lost under the sea. On the final dive of the expedition, they bring aboard a dangerous artifact and release a great evil that will change the very course of their history. Now Link and Dorie must embark on an epic quest to restore their own world while somehow preserving another as they sail along The River of Destiny... Controls: In game the controls are labeled as they would appear on a Super Nintendo Controller; the corresponding Zelda Classic controls are below.
