GLORY SQUAD is a Zelda classic quest I am currently working on. Hopefully, this would actually work out. Unlike my Hero's soul quest. It will be done in the Gameboy tileset.

Story:
Link travels his way to Hyrule castle to start his training as a knight. But his goals quickly changed when he saw Hyrule castle in ruins. It turns out that Hyrule has been taken over by a group known as the Glory squad. Link then meets up with Zelda, who tells him that there is a way to stop the squad from securing the throne, that being getting the master sword. Link must obtain the gifts of wisdom, courage and power before he could reach the master sword. Only then can he stop the Glory squad.
This quest will have the continue function, so dying won't make you lose your save progress, but you will have to go to the S block if you want to save.
