Don't take the rating personally though; it's hard to do much better for a tileset from only Pokemon Yellow. And like SE said, there could be a few handy rips in there.

Pokemon Yellow didn't have very good graphics in the first place. Not to mention the palette you made seems to be discolored. You probably should have expanded it from the usual 4 or so colors and made more. And since it doesn't have items/enemies, it's not very complete.
