In spite of some mis-combo'd combos, I gave this a shot for one of my recent quests, and I'm fairly impressed by how versatile the set actually is. The mixed Overworld and Dungeon palettes got quite a bit of mileage when I was designing, and because of that, I think this is actually a much more substantial update than just "feature completing NewFirst for 2.5." There's a lot that can be done here, and the learning curve is a lot smaller than other tilesets as well.
While this isn't the "prettiest" tileset in the world (such is the nature of NewFirst), I think there is a lot of value here as far as using it to learn Zelda Classic goes, as it's a lot less complex than many of the more popular tilesets out there.

There are many edited/new/recolored/ripped tiles.The set got completely redesigned(mainly the combo and tile pages).
New additions/rips/edited tiles include:
-5 terrain types. ground objects for all of them
-Both 1.90 and GB-style mountains included
-Water borders!
-Four 2x2 tree types
-Shallow Water!
-Towers/Buildings
-Optional darkened dungeon tiles
-BS (dungeon) Water (original water is available in CSet 5 if you prefer it)
-Both water and lava available in every dungeon palette except the ones for forest dungeons
-Redesigned palettes!
-4 Dungeon Wall Sets(8 if you include the darkened ones)
