Updated features include:

- All default Zelda 3 - esque quest rules preset
- Updated combo properties to take advantage of newer combo types, such as treasure chests and drownable non-solid water
- Added missing items, enemies, and sprite graphics
- Updated subscreens to be fully compatible with all new items
- Ground tile transition pieces and dirt paths, which were inexplicably missing in the original PTUX despite being in the tile sheet, have been added to the available combos
- Aliased tree combos (incomplete; includes the more commonly used tree types only)
- Updated Link graphics to include dedicated charging and jumping graphics
- Additional sprites in combo sheet needed to be (mostly) compatible with 2.55's new items, such as the bug net, switchhook, and attack ring, along with Link pitfall sprites
