[2.55] Slope Combo

InitD[0]: Horizontal steepness of the slope. If the slope goes upwards when travelling right this value is negative. Else it's positive.
InitD[1]: Vertical steepness of the slope. Link is pushed down by this much when walking up or down. Used for front or back face slopes.
