I've made changes to this screen. I did eventually decide to make Amy walk behind the lava floor for a Heart Piece.

Yeah, no kidding! When I first went down on the vine wall in the first quest I had about one heart left, and I died once the screen finished scrolling! I was like, "What??? What killed me???"

Pretty cool, though! :) I'm not sure whether you intend for Amy to walk behind the lava flow, or if it's just an obstacle.
