We seem to have a number of users (or just one?) who have been abusing the site. They have been registering multiple accounts, spamming, and somehow finding loopholes in PureZC's scripts. All of theese people are coming from AOL. If the abuse does not stop, I will have no choice but to ban all AOL users from the server. I really hope it doesn't come down to that, but if it does, I apologize for any inconvenience it may cause. If you use AOL and find yourself unable to access the site, you may contact me over messenger or by other means so that we can discuss a workaround for you.

I've just added Mr.Z's Pure tileset upgrade. Use the tileset drop down menu to find it and give it a test run.

Today I've added 6 new loose tile sheets, which is more than will fit in the pulldown at the top of the page, so you'll need to check the listing to see `em all. First we have Dragon and Serpent tiles by Jonathan. Next, big trees, new cave tiles, and new lava tiles by Ccc. Also, we've got a pack of random useful tiles for the Pure Tileset by Teilyr. And finally, I've added PrinceMSC's awesome new mountain tiles.

After getting many submissions with duplicates, and a number of other problems, we have decided to enforce new submission policies. The following are our new policies:

1) If you submit the same thing more than 2 times, and there's not a noticeable change in 1 of them, your tiles will not be added. Be patient, or find another place to store your stuff.

2) If you submit a quest, tileset, or loose tiles without screenshots, you will be PM'd by Teilyr, requesting screenshots. If you do not supply them, or place them on a word document, then your submission will be deleted.

3) Give your submission a reasonable name and try to use the best grammar and spelling possible when typing descriptions, stories, cheats, and credits. We don't mind fixing minor spelling errors, as I carefully ensure that everything I say is spelled correctly, but if we can't make heads or tails out of what you're saying, or if it doesn't make sense to MS Word, then your submission will be deleted.

By cooperating with this new policy, you will help us to process your submissions more quickly, which will surely make everybody happy.

It's been awhile since I've posted news, but I'd like to remind people a few things about submissions.

Lately, people have been submitting the same thing 3-4 times. People have also been submitting different things under the same name.

For the sake of the people processing these submissions, please make unique titles and note whether a duplicate submission is an update to a previous one. It would save us the trouble of having to look at every single duplicate to determain the most up to date one and allow submissions to be processed faster. Those of you who already did this... do not re-submit. Simply contact the site staff about it and we can change it from our end. Thank you.

This day marks the first full year in PureZC's existence. It's been a great year of serving the ZC community, and I hope things will only get better in the future.

Today, the forums have a new skin that better matches the site. You might not notice it at first, but it is much cleaner looking. Enjoy.
