It ain't corrupt, just misnamed...he simply renamed the extension from MID to ZIP instead of actually zipping it. >_< Download the file, rename it to .mid, and it'll work.
Turns out I really like this one, too. Brought up an image in my mind of Ganon standing on a small hill at the beach, delivering a pep talk to some Moblins. Heh.
