Contemplation
Description:
Contemplation is a simple, piano-only song which experiments with recurring patterns and harmonies. One might use it in a sad scene that tugs at the adventurer's ambition, or perhaps in an entirely different setting I cannot yet imagine. The melody was crafted in about a day or two but refined periodically for months. It's possible I will revisit the piece later on to orchestrate it if I'm struck with inspiration. In the meantime, I hope you enjoy it.

I like the power that this song has. It's the kind of silent power that doesn't need to be said, like it's a really soft spoken song or something. I don't know how to explain it, but it's a very good composition and (again) I wish it made use of an entire host of orchestral instruments and not just piano.

You know... I think I found a use for it, only listening three seconds in... I don't think there's a need to say how much I love this, or any of your other work anymore, as I've been saying it through probably ALL my reviews of them.
When reading the description, I was a little turned down by the fact that it's only a piano piece, and I wasn't sure how well that would really work.
But it really do work well.
I can picture a pretty sad, yet still heroic setting, on the top of a mountain.
The song does well and somehow, it feels like you're really on high up on this mountain hike, on a quest for... whatever... call it some kind of crusade or whatever... still a fantastic piece, that I can see being used by a lot of people... not to mention myself.
Thanks once again for contributing to the database with such awesomeness that is your music.
