This is actually really nice. 
If I didn't already have a really nice forest background for a title screen, I might want to use this. (Though I might be a little embarrassed that I got it from a Pokemon game...)
I wanted to give this a standard 4 as it's a direct rip, but what the hell.... it's nice enough that I'll bump it up to a 5. I do quite admire how you kept it to 16 colors in one CSet.
