Link's Nightmare Tileset

Aww, I lkiked the cape... and it would've works for the sequel to my quest that I've just started, based aon a fanfic i started but never finished... Oh well, Its really good, and it seems well organized, and yes, that PUSH DOWN BUTT is fpretty funny. Look forward to this tileset.

Good tileset. Well organized and evrything but like Radien, I cannot find anything else to get excited about. Polygon should make one of those Metroid tilesets. Now that would kick some...

It's an interesting set, combining BS and Pure beautifully. "PUSH DOWN BUTT" ...in the screenshot. LOL

It was put together well. It has a very nice mixture of tiles, in my opinion. I always found the Pure/BS style to be visually appealing.

edit 12 years later: this is a good tileset but i do not necessarily endorse my previous usage of "teh pwn"

All I can say is that this set deserves about 5 stars.

I really don't know what these guys are getting excited about. There are a few new custom and original tiles that are good, but my fondness for Link's Nightmare had nothing to do with the visuals. The SB palette is better than the old one, but on the whole I don't find this to be an appealing mixture of tiles.

Also, there's something here everybody should know: the very first combo in the combo list is reserved for a FULLY TRANSPARENT tile with no properties. ZQuest uses this as the default whenever it needs a space on a screen to be "empty."

It's been this way for several versions. Some of the older tilesets were around before this was implemented, but being a new tileset, you really should change this and reupload, Exate.

Sweet! I would like to see the caped Link though. I love the quest also! How did you make that caped Link?
