These don't really fit well in Classic. Or any set that currently exists...

These are much better than your dungeon set, yet they still have some issues with looking very flat. I'm also not very into the texture you've got going on the trees (both trunk and treetop), but I suppose they'll do. Alestance mentioned pillow-shading, which often makes the tiles look dull and bland, and is also often considered a cheap move by spriters... of course, a lot of spriters don't realize this, so I wouldn't blame anyone for doing it... it is after all their own sprites, and they can make them however they like, but either way, in my eyes, these have flaws, and that's why they're getting the rating that they are. Better than the other tiles, but they could still need work.

Nice try, but XMuppetSB pretty much summed it up. But on top of that, I like the concept of these.

The tiles are very flat and pillow-shaded. The "depth" they portray are in the wrong places.
Where they should appear to have depth, it looks like they're actually part of the ground.

Hm... The tress kind of remind me of the ones from the Happy Tile Set, but the buildings are really well made, in spite of being rather simplistic.

They remind me of Startropics. They're pretty good .
