I'm not really one who tries to get into oneupmanship... really, I'm not. But when I saw the Wind Waker Link portrait in the database, I got to thinking "I'm sure Paintshop is capable of more than that when it comes to cel-shaded."
Before I knew it, I had spent quite a bit of time figuring out how to reduce colors effectively, and thanks to color replacement and a tool called "Median Cut," I ended up with this portrait.

Before I knew it, I had spent quite a bit of time figuring out how to reduce colors effectively, and thanks to color replacement and a tool called "Median Cut," I ended up with this portrait.
These tiles are made for a title screen image. I recommend putting a triforce or other title design on top of or next to this image.
After I finished the original version, I realized that it was a bit too tall to fit onto a screen without having to cut Link off at the legs. To remedy that, I resized it and touched it up until it looked good at exactly one full screen height. Please choose whichever one you find most appealing.
These use a custom palette of 15 colors and one transparency, which should work fine in any version of ZQuest. Since it's for a title screen, I didn't bother making it compatible with anything in particular, but that means you'll have to rip the palette (just one CSet).
