Pretty simple. It's 2 new styles of chests to use. Chances are you'll need a new CSet to use either.

They're awesome... but... FAS is right; it's not worth ripping a whole CSet for treasure chests, even ones so awesome as this. The combination of awesome quality and questionable usefulness evens out to 4 stars for me.
