To all when you visit Zelda's Excellent Journey.qst - OpenDrive click on the symbol that show an arrow pointing down at a rectangle to download Zelda's Excellent Journey.qst and LEVEL-4 entrance is then on Screen 00 in HYRULE use Red Bomb (Super Bomb) on a different tree then go on to the stairs that appears on Screen 00 in HYRULE to be at LEVEL-4

Also I forgot to put flag 11 on Screen 00 for Super Bomb to work to be able to get to LEVEL-4
So Level 4 cheat code is

DMap 4
Screen 56 is start room of LEVEL-4
